This spacious house rests on the fringes of Weymouth in Dorset and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Connaught Gardens is a detached cottage located on the outskirts of Weymouth, within easy reach of the golden beaches and seaside attractions. It comprises three bedrooms; a super king-size double with en-suite shower room, a family room with double and single bed and a single, sleeping six people altogether. There is also a bathroom, ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen/diner, utility, dining room, sitting room and garden room. To the exterior is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with lawned area and patio with furniture. Connaught Gardens offers the ideal break for you and your loved ones near the sea. Owner note: This is our family home that we are delighted to share with you and which we return to when guests have finished their holiday. A fourth bedroom, a few cupboards and the garage are locked for our personal storage. Please note that the summer house is not available to guests.

Town: Weymouth is a popular seaside resort with beautiful sandy beaches, excellent water sports facilities, and a picturesque harbor that offers regular day trips to the Channel Islands. This exceptional holiday destination offers many visitor attractions for all ages and tastes. Portland Harbour and the ruggedly beautiful "Isle" of Portland, linked to Weymouth by the stunning Chesil Beach, are both a short drive away. Thomas Hardy's inspiration for "Casterbridge", the town of Dorchester, is just seven miles away, and a drive along the scenic coast road takes you to Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. The views of the stunning Dorset Heritage Coastline from West Bay are also well worth taking the time to see.
