Harbourside Haven Apartment 1 is a superb retreat to enjoy this part of Dorset. Underground gated allocated parking space suitable for small cars [size restrictions: Height 2m x 1.8 m width x 3.983 m length].

Please note: A lift is available to the apartment. Whilst this apartment is accessible by a lift, this access to the property should not be solely relied upon as if not in operation due to maintenance / fault you will need to use the stairs. Note: Underground gated allocated parking space suitable for small cars only due to tight turning into parking area [size restrictions: Height 2m x 1.8 m width x 3.983 m length]. Allocated mobility scooter charging point in garage. Note: Never able to offer earlier check in Note: No hen or stag parties Note: Mid September 2023 – Autumn 2026 - Please be advised building works are being carried out on the neighbouring property. There will be some disruption caused by this work which will need to be considered if booking during this time. The building contractor has provided a schedule of works which indicates the majority of the construction is between September 2023 and Autumn 2026. This may alter the view of the Harbourside from the apartment block once complete. Please contact the Office for further details. Note: Roller blinds and curtains in all bedrooms. Curtains in lounge. Note: Fire Alarm Check will be carried out every Saturday between 11am and 3pm. Please note: Strictly no smoking or vaping in property or on balcony, any breach of this rule will result in an additional charge or £140 for extra cleaning.

Great flat and wonderful location.
Very well maintained property with everything you might need.
Luckily the building work on the plot next door had not started yet as it would be very loud during the day.
Overall a great week.

Basic food supplied which was appreciated to get going.
Would recommend as very nice place to stay.
The driving out of the underground parking was very difficult even for very experienced driver of small car...NOT suitable for nervous driver!!
Comfortable sleep which is important on holiday. Apartment has modern decor and was good and clean. Parking under the property is a bit tricky but I do have a large Nissan qashqai. Lovely view from the balcony looking out over the harbour. Would definitely stay here again.
