He decided to have a short break and found this property at pretty short notice. It looked good in the pics but we weren't expecting much. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Set in beautiful surrounding This private cottage was lovely. Open plan and clean with everything you need, you can't ask for much more really. Its was a delightful couple of days and we will definitely use this cottage again in the future.
The Hen house was perfect fir our short break and wished we had booked for longer. Great walks for us and the dog, just a well needed relaxing time for us all
The Hen House is a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need for a great holiday .
The property would benefit from an info pack that explained about the procedures for where to put rubbish, what to do on checkout day for example. As these things were not clear.
The property also had a damp smell to one of the en-suites. But not bad enough to put you off going back.
