We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything worked out fine with this apartment very close to Covent Garden and Leicester Square. Very clean which cannot always be said about rentals.

Great location!

Stayed here over Christmas for 9 nights and it was great! We even maneuvered one bathroom for the five of us quite well. One of our high schoolers commented “The flat was a great way to get more of the London experience.” Thank you Simon for getting us in early!

The location was very central and made it easy to walk to museums, restaurants and theatres. It is in a very lively block with many pubs and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and had nice linens, and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. We had a very pleasant stay.

Perfect Spot for Our London Visit

You definitely can't beat the location. Easy walk to the beautiful holiday lights, shopping, historical stops, cafes and restaurants. It was an easy trip in from Heathrow on the metro and a couple minutes walk to the flat. Simon was a great communicator on check-in and out and with recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Family visit to London

This was a great property to spend time and visit London. There are two tube stations very close and plenty of bars and food within walking distance. Simon is a great host and was in communication with us the whole time. We would stay here again when we come back on a holiday!!

Charming and comfortable; Perfect location

Simon’s Covent Garden flat was comfortable for my family of four, including two teens. Charming, with everything we could need for the stay. Simon was communicative, but unobtrusive. Detailed instructions for our entry into the flat made for a smooth arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and great host!

This flat was in the perfect location - close to the tube, lots of great pubs and restaurants in the area, a great coffee shop across the street, and walkable to all major attractions and areas of interest. Simon was a pleasure to work with as well. He answered questions and was very helpful during our stay. The pictures do a good job of representing the unit itself - it was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a family of four.

We had a fantastic stay in London. The property was just as described on the website. The location was fantastic and very close to public transportation, and many things we wanted to see were in walking distance as well. Simon was an excellent host and communication with him was seamless.

Charming little flat

Simon was such a great host. Then instructions he sends are very detailed, and he’s always a quick text away to answer any question. The flat is seriously in an amazing spot. Walking distances to everything in West London, Buckingham Palace, everything. Also about a 2 minute walk from the nearest tube station that takes you straight to the airport. Wonderful place, and can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect location

This flat is in the perfect location for discovering London. We were walking distance from many attractions, restaurants and pubs. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Simon was very helpful with instructions and answered our questions quickly. Of note, the flat is on the third floor without an elevator. The flat had everything we could need and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, we had a great time staying at this flat in the Covent Garden area of London. We highly recommend it.

Very convenient, clean and a good owner

We enjoyed our few days in London and this was a great home base, easy to get to theaters, museums, restaurants and pubs. We had to interact with the owner on a couple of issues and he was responsive and friendly. The only negative was the lack of water pressure in the shower. I could deal with it, but for my wife and guests with much more hair than me it was an issue and they ended up washing their hair in the sink.

Hi David, thank you for your review and I'm glad you all enjoyed your stay. The electric shower was replaced yesterday and the new one is working well. In addition, I have installed a second shower hose on the bath mixer tap, for additional capacity. I look forward to hosting you and your family and friends, in the near future.

Location to all things London

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay. My husband, I, and our 2 college aged children really enjoyed the location. Steps away from Covent Garden with restaurants, shopping, and pubs all at your door. Minutes to 2 Tube stations to allow for easy travel. Very walkable to many attractions. The apartment was spacious and clean. We did not get a chance to use the 2 patios- due to weather, but were a nice addition to living space. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and rooms were good sized. Simon was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating with check in. I would stay here again and was happy to find this gem.

Awesome

Location is key for this flat. Walking distance to most things. Our favorite way of transport was FREENOW. Download the app and pay for black taxi. The ride is easy and comfortable and drivers are so knowledgeable. It’s cheaper if you can flag one down. But London is great and a must see. This flat is great. Beds are comfortable. Lots of steps to the flat. But neighborhood is great too. Simon is very informative and responds greatly.

Great stay at Covent Garden!

We had a great week in London this August in no small part due to the centrally located flat we stayed in in Covent Garden. We did have to climb three flights of stairs to get up there but was totally worth it to be higher above street level. Two bedrooms with a full bath on first level then a living room with sleep couch and a galley kitchen off of which was a very charming balcony with a table, seating, and lovely flowers and greens. We took advantage of the kitchen every morning to make breakfast and have tea. The fridge held our groceries and drinks, the freezer had ice, and we also availed ourselves of the washing machine. There wasn't a traditional dryer w/the washing machine, but the electric dryer rack worked out ok. The flat is very close to two Tube stations and we also took advantage of its central location in the West End theater district to walk almost everywhere. Groceries and a bakery were a short walk along with many restaurants and taverns. A couple times we were able to come back to the flat between outings and decompress. Its location made that possible. Highly recommend staying here for four people!

Lovely appartment in covent garden
