Recently renovated, it offers all the comforts. Cozy apartment in a quiet location in the heart of the historic center of Portoferraio. A stone's throw from the Grigolo beach, where you can enjoy a good aperitif in full relax and a stone's throw from the Calata, the promenade full of typical bars, restaurants and shops. With private entrance, located on the first floor, it is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with television and a 120 cm sofa bed for 190 cm, a bathroom with a spacious shower and a kitchen equipped with appliances, utensils and of course a good Coffee and tea for a relaxing break. 15 minutes from the Villa di Napoleone and the beach of Viste and less than one km from the beach of Ghiaie.
The supermarket is on the corner for every need. Sheets, towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, toilet paper available. Check-in is from 17.00 in the afternoon check-out is at 11.00

Wonderful hospitality!

We had an amazing time on Elba thanks to our incredible hostess, Emi. She gave us a tour of the town and taught us so much about the history of Elba We got amazing information about the town and surrounding areas as well. Really incredible how Emi made sure we had a great visit. She knew where to eat as well — highly recommend!

5 days on an island

Our hostess met us at the ferry and offered to take us back 5 days later. She offered much information and assistance and we knew how to get in touch with her if we needed anything. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable and the kitchen is quite modern. It was in a good location with the beach right out the door, but, unfortunately, no view of it from the windows.
