We had a wonderful time during our stay! The house was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The ocean view from the property was stunning, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful coastal getaway.

Beautiful house and garden

Very nice and clean house, beautiful garden, very privat at the end of the street. San Teodoro 5 min by car. Flamingos at the lagune, horseriding very close. Nice location, la Cinta very close. Massimo did a very good job, thank you for everything!! We would love to come back.

Entspannte Tage in einem schönen Haus

Das Haus liegt wirklich schön mit Blick auf die Lagune und das Meer, den Strand La Cinta. Und hat besonders gefallen, dass es ruhig liegt, viel Platz für uns vier hat und wirklich gut ausgestattet ist. Genug Geschirr und Besteck, Handtücher, und weitere Ausstattung die einem den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Massimo war immer super erreichbar und hilfreich für Tips, ein und auschecken war einfach. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier eine so schöne Zeit verleben konnten.

Zauberhaft

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Massimo war immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Vom Haus aus hatte man eine schöne Aussicht und man konnte tolle Ausflüge machen oder von Strand zu Strand fahren. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (7 und 9).

Schönes Haus mit Garten

Wunderbares sauberes Haus mit prächtigem Garten! Es liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft am Ende der Strasse an leicht erhöhter Lage und man hat einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Heel fijn huis met prachtig uitzicht

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het mooie huis van Massimo. Heel smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden waren opgemaakt, water in de koelkast, koffie, thee, vaatwasblokjes, kruiden, olijfolie, en nog veel meer was aanwezig. Heel fijn om zo de vakantie te beginnen. De plek is fantastisch, prachtig uitzicht en een lekker tuin om te spelen en samen te eten. Supermarktje, bakker en barretje met terras om lekker te ontbijten op 600 m lopen. Heel veel mooie stranden vlak in de buurt. Het contact met Massimo was prima, op afstand maar altijd bereikbaar. Ik, mijn moeder, mijn twee dochters en kleinzoontje hebben genoten.

Rundum perfekt

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Haus! Alles wie beschrieben und Max(Massimo) hat bei allen Fragen ganz schnell geantwortet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderbar- im Gegensatz zu den Fotos sind die Hecken schön zurück geschnitten. Garten überhaupt sehr schön gepflegt, genau wie das Haus innen. Ausstattung sehr gut und vollständig, allenfalls, wenn man wirklich mit Maximalbelegung zu 8 da wäre, etwas knapp mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Besteck.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben 10 Tage in Massimos wunderschönem Haus verbringen dürfen und hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub. Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber, er war immer sofort erreichbar, wenn wir etwas wissen wollten, und er hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Die Wegbeschreibung und die Hinweise zur Schlüsselbox waren sehr professionell und damit einfach zu finden. Das Haus ist eine richtige Villa mit allem Komfort. Innen ist es geschmackvoll eingerichtet und überall sehr sauber und gepflegt. Außen ist der Garten mit der großen Terrasse ein Highlight. Wir haben eigentlich fast immer draußen gesessen. Von der Terrasse aus sieht man nicht nur auf die wunderbaren Oleanderbüsche, sondern auch bis hin zum Meer! Zudem gibt es eine kleine Dachterrasse, von wo aus man den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer beobachten kann! Ein besonderes Plus in diesem Haus sind die Mückennetze, die ganz professionell an jedem Fenster angebracht sind und bei den Türen sogar in eine extra Schiebetür integriert sind. Damit konnten wir immer die Türen und Fenster gröffnet haben, ohne dass wir Mücken im Haus hatten. Massimos Haus hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen.

Nice Sardynian house

We spent only 4 days in this small villa. The check in process is easy. The garden is very well kept. There are 3 bedrooms of which one with AC and the other two just with fan. Kitchen well equiped. The owner flexible. The sea view is much better that on photos. We enjoyed our stay very much. The closest beach - Lu impostu with incredible water. La cinta great sand. We visited great restaurants: Ristorante Lu Impostu - need to visit for lunch and Punta Est just for sunset and early night. View and food outstanding.

MAISON AGREABLE ET TRES TRANQUILLE

Merci à Massimo d'être très réactif en cas de problème ! Nous avons eu la chance d'être les premiers à tester le chauffage que nous avons vraiment apprécié début novembre ! La propriété est très bien entretenue seule bémol pas de lave vaisselle ! Beaucoup de beaux endroits à visiter aux alentours : plages, Lagune, cours d'eau, villages, randonnés en montagne avec de sublimes panoramas et visites des îles environnantes ! Les routes sont correctes par rapport aux routes Corse. Par contre au mois de novembre tous les sites sont fermés, ainsi que les magasins et restaurants. Nous n'avons pas pu gouter une seule pizzas durant notre séjour d'une semaine. Heureusement une petite épicerie ouverte tous les matins en cette saison, située à 800 m de la maison. On y trouve l'essentiel (produits entretiens et de toilettes). En alimentation, il y a de bon produits frais : légumes, fruits, produits laitiers, charcuteries, biscuits sarde ! En cas urgence éviter l'hôpital d'Olbia, ils sont incompétents Il faut mieux consulter un médecin aux alentours. Gros avantage en cette saison pas de touristes et nous avons eu la chance avoir des plages rien que pour nous ! Nous reviendrons ! Marie-Laure

Wundervoll

Sardinien ist an sich schon eine wundervolle Insel aber mit der Unterkunft wurde es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Vorort von San Teodoro ideal, um Ausflüge zu machen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt bietet alle nötigen Dinge an und hat sehr leckere Kuchen :-) Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wundervoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage ist wie auf den Bilder einfach nur phantastisch. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und es ist ausreichen Platz für die angegebene Anzahl von Gästen. Massimo ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben, so dass wir noch ein paar schöne Ecken gefunden haben, die der Reiseführer nicht kannte. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saluti a Massimo e tanti auguri! Grazie

Gemütlicher Garten- Nähe zu Stränden

Massimo hat uns gut infromiert und war auch für Fragen immer da. Gute Wohnküche und gemütlicher Garten mit Pflanzen/Blumen und gutem Sitzplatz mit etwas Blick zum Meer. 3 Zimmer, eines mit 4 Betten im Obergeschoss mit separatem Bad, jedoch kein Tür nach unten, dafür kleine schöne Terrasse Blick auf das Meer. Alles vorhanden und entspricht der Beschreibung. 5 Minuten zu erstem Lebensmittelgeschäft. Tolle Strände ganz in der Nähe.

Tolle Terrasse, super Ausblick

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse mit gepflegtem Garten, umgeben von Oleander, mit Blick auf die Bucht La Cinta, ist sehr schön. Die Bilder des Hauses entsprechen voll und ganz den örtlichen Gegebenheiten. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, alles sehr einladend und zum Wohlfühlen. Das Haus und besonders die Küche hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Der Kühlschrank war sehr groß mit richtigem ***–Tiefkühlschrank. Die Waschmaschine war ganz neu und stand im Keller, so dass man sie auch nicht hörte. Unser Auto konnte schattig unter einem Carport parken. Es ist das letzte Haus vom Ort und nachts wird es darum noch richtig dunkel. Es scheint, als würde man wirklich allein dort oben wohnen. Herrlich. Massimo hatte uns noch eine ganze Menge guter Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Strände gegeben. Wegen Corona hatten wir natürlich keinen direkten Kontakt, aber die Schlüsselübergabe usw. war super gelöst.
