Lovely apartment completely restored and furnished with care in a 10-minute walk from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.
Well connected by metro (Cipro Musei Vaticani station is only 150m away), bus, train and taxi, Casa Ianus is located in a lively and safe neighborhood near restaurants, shops of all kinds, banks, markets (the suggestive market of flowers and the characteristic 'Triumphal' market) as well as a convenient supermarket open every day.
The apartment, equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant and carefree in a central but quiet area, consists of an American kitchen with an open living room, two bedrooms with large double bed and a bathroom with shower. all furnished with care and attention to detail.
WiFi available and free.
Equipped with all basic appliances such as fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, table and iron, LCD television with digital terrestrial decoder, internet connection (ethernet and wi-fi).

Great location

We loved our stay, perfect location to get around easily either by walking, metro or bus. The neighborhood has great good in the area and the businesses were so friendly. The apartment was perfect size and very comfortable and clean. Very accommodating hosts to make sure everything went well.

Nice and clean homey apartment!

Andrea was an excellent host! Super communicative and always checking in on how our stay was going. Super helpful at the time of check in and even made suggestions on where to go and his favorite places. The apartment was great with two bedrooms a kitchen and a small living room. It’s in the first floor so no steps which was a definite plus! Close to the metro as well. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would come stay here if we come back to Rome. :)

Beyond my expectations

From the moment I booked my reservation to when I left, Andrea was in communication with me the whole time. Answering all my questions regardless how trivial they were. He helped arrange a driver from the airport to his lovely home. He met us at the apartment and was kind in enough to show us around the apartment and then walked us around the neighborhood to show eateries how to get to the metro. We let him our plans while in Rome and he was able help us navigate through the city. I can't thank Andrea enough for his kindness and generosity. Thank you for making our stay in Rome a trip to remember.

Good location very nice owner

Location is very close to Vatican city with restaurants and grocery nearby. Room is clean and exactly as shown on VRBO. Andrea, the owner, is very nice and helpful. He made our trip in Rome a perfect experience.

Wonderful

The location is conveniently located to bus, metro and trains. Markets and restaurants within minutes walk from the secure front door.. The apartment provided two large comfortable beds, a complete kitchen , a strong WiFi and an air conditioning unit if needed. We opened the windows and enjoyed the breeze. This was my tenth visit to Italy and by far this has been my favorite accommodation. The managers are easily accessible and contacted us to ask if we had any needs .

great cozy place

I will start by saying that Andrea is an amazing host, he was very helpful and attentive, he helped with arranging transportation from airport to his place, he recommended a great restaurant for my birthday and also booked a reservation. His home is lovely, clean and it has all you need for a perfect stay, it’s very close to public transportation, and close to market, bread store and great places to eat. The neighborhood felt very safe. Over all, I highly recommend!

He went the extra mile!

We got lost and Andrea came and found us, late at night. Very understanding and kind, extremely nice. He took the time to explain everything to us in the apartment even though we arrived late and got lost. We loved the location, easy access to many things we wanted to see. Très bel appartement, très propre, très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge) et très bien situé. Le métro est à quelques minutes à pied, tout comme les commerces et le Vatican. L'appartement dispose de la climatisation. Andréa le propriétaire est charmant et très attentif, il a été aux petits soins avec nous. Il a pris le temps de nous faire visiter le quartier et nous expliquer comment nous rendre au Vatican, au métro... Merci Andréa nous avons passé un séjour magnifique et très agréable.

Nous avons logé dans un joli petit appartement décoré avec goût, égal aux photos présentée, l'odeur du linge propre en plus :). Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Andrea, qui est un hôte chaleureux et disponible. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 15' à pied du Vatican et à 5' à pied du métro qui vous emmène dans le centre de Rome en quelques minutes, où vous succomberez au charme de la FONTANA DI TREVI, du COLISEE, PANTHEON etc..! un enchantement! Nous reviendrons y séjourner avec plaisir! Merci pour tout!

Praktische kleine Wohnung

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Bus und Metro ist schnell erreicht. Ein Supermarkt liegt auf dem Weg zwischen Metro und Wohnung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet -- sogar mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat z.B. unseren Transport vom/zum Flughafen organisiert. Ich kann die Wohnung für Gruppen bis 4 Personen nur empfehlen.

A really delightful apartment comfortable and clean. There's all you need: dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning... At the Vatican you arrive with a pleasant walk and the subway is around the corner. Andrea is very helpful and has given us great advice. Thanks Andrea!
