A spacious holiday home that can sleep 12 guests across 5 bedrooms.

Greystone is a wonderful light spacious holiday home on the Gower peninsular set at the entrance to Mewslade valley, and close to the beach, with expansive views across the wonderful countryside.

There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms making it a perfect house for larger groups.



Downstairs
•Fully fitted kitchen with seating area and table, double electric oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher. Fully equipped with everything from bottle opener to saucepans.

•The large spacious L shaped Lounge and dining room hosts a generous rustic dining table large enough to seat 10 people comfortably. The Lounge has a fabulous log burning stove, TV and a stereo player, with comfortable sofas and armchairs. Large patio window/door leading to side garden, and access to the conservatory.

• Conservatory a large bright room overlooking the sunken bottom lawn and garden, has comfortable seating for 10 and double doors leading out to the garden.

• Bathroom 3 with Shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

• Bedroom 5 - A king size bed.

Upstairs:

At the top of the stairs the house there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one with a shower, seperate bath, toilet and basin and the other two with a large shower, toilet and basin.

Bedroom one:
A large, tastefully decorated light and spacious bedroom with a king Size bed and two single beds. It has and a double aspect where you can see the sun rise and set.

Bedroom two:
A large modern comfortable bedroom with a King size bed. Great views over the garden and Rhossili downs.

Bedroom three:
This bedroom is a beautiful tranquil space which has two single beds, with large patio window and a sliding door which leads out onto a large sun terrace, the terrace is protected from the wind by glass panels so lovely to sit summer or winter.

Bathroom 1:
A large modern shower, separate bath, toilet and wash hand basin

Bathroom 2:
A large waterfall shower, toilet and basin

Bedroom four :
A light spacious room with a sky light.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Guests should provide their own beach towels. A cot is available on request, but we ask guests to provide their own linen for the cot.

Outside:

The houses has a very very large mature garden with trees and plants collected from around the world. There is a patio and BBQ area with a Charcoal BBQ for guests use, with adequate seating and table for alfresco dining. There are several lawned areas and a secluded sunken garden area for those wanting peace and quiet.

There is parking for three cars on the shared drive.

Windows leading to the Juliette balconies or low level windows have window restrictors fitted, for your safety.
