Nice two-room apartment, newly built. It is located in a strategic position ... about 60 m from the beautiful beach of San Vito Lo Capo and less than 10 minutes of pleasant walk from the historic center ... The accommodation is entirely available to our guests and is structured to allow relaxation and rest. It consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and small entrance.

IT ALSO HAS TV, WI-FI, SUMMER AND WINTER ADJUSTABLE AIR-CONDITIONING FROM THE GUEST AND PHON.

IMPORTANT!!!!!

- TOURIST TAX IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN VITO LO CAPO.
It is applied from 01/04 to 30/11 each year; The tax is € 1.00 per day per person.
In the months of June, July, August and September the tax is equal to 1.50 euros per day per person.
Children under the age of 10 are exempt from tax.

- LINEN ON REQUEST for € 10 per person for the entire stay. It is provided initially and then managed for the period of stay. If you want to bring it from home, there is no problem.

- The customer is required to deliver the DOCUMENTS for registration, the data will be treated in full respect of privacy.

- BAGGAGE SERVICE: We will be happy to help you if you need to keep your luggage aside due to your early arrival or until your departure.

- In case of delay please kindly notify us by phone or email.

- The property is equipped with all the comforts such as washing machine, TV, air conditioning or heat pump for the coldest periods, iron, hair dryer and clothesline.

- The number of guests during the stay must not exceed that of the reservation.
Otherwise, the cost is € 25. 00 per day per person.

The best thing is to have everything nearby: restaurants, bars, bakery, wine bar, supermarket, pharmacy and the key thing is the beach at 60m. In this way, there is no need to use the machine unless you want to visit other places that deserve it, such as the Zingaro nature reserve or the Macari cliff, which is just as wonderful and a little less crowded than the beach also in high season or even the Cala Bue Marino, elected as the most beautiful beach in Italy, Erice, Trapani and other extraordinary tourist destinations.

A TOUR IN THE SURROUNDINGS ...

Arriving by plane:

San Vito Lo Capo is equidistant from the airports of Trapani and Palermo, therefore, choose the most convenient flight and you're done.

PALERMO
Falcone e Borsellino Airport is 90 km from San Vito Lo Capo, just over an hour by car

TRAPANI BIRGI
Vincenzo Florio Airport,
is 60 km from San Vito Lo Capo. 1 hour and 20 minutes by car.

In the respective airports it is possible:

- book a rental car, excellent solution to be independent. (rental in Trapani)
- book online, from home, a Transfer Service with driver that will take you, comfortably, from the airport to San Vito Lo Capo
- take a public coach to Trapani and from there a bus to San Vito

From Palermo Airport to Trapani there are two buses a day: at 12.30 and 19.30.
From Trapani Airport to Trapani City there are buses every 30 minutes.

If you use public buses:

To reach San Vito Lo Capo from Trapani you must take an AST bus

By car:
