In addition, both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, although due to its layout, the apartment stays fairly cool.<br>is located on the ground floor of a building within the “Il Melograno” residence and is accessed via a path that runs through the grounds of a small villa.<br><br>The two-room apartment features a panoramic terrace with direct outdoor access, covering the entire area of the property. The terrace is equipped with a shower, table, barbecue, sink, and a small seating area.<br>The living room/kitchen is also equipped with: a hob, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster oven, TV, ironing board, and iron. The bedroom also has a TV.<br><br>The driveway leads onto Via Mattarella, the famous “Via delle Vacche,” which runs parallel to the high street (Via Savoia).
