Giuseppe was a great host, helped us with everything including finding right beaches, responded to our needs promptly and has been very respectful. Besides he runs the best restaurant in town and we experienced the very best food in the whole Italy trip in his restaurant.

Property was clean. Having an additional outdoor shower was really nice as it was spacious and clean. Owners were friendly. Location was good. Multiple air conditioners which were needed. Parking closeby which was good. We had advised about a clogged sink in the bathroom which did not get resolved although they did take care of us to make up for it. The AC's were good until a few humid days led to the AC in the bedroom dripping non-stop. Had to turn it off because of the noise of dripping in buckets. Unfortunately there was no soap (bathroom or kitchen) provided which was unfortunate after a long day of travel. Overall I would recommend staying here. With a few inconveniences that the owners are able and willing to help address.

Als wir in Palermo angekommen ware teilte uns der Vermieter mit, dass er die Wohnung gar nicht frei habe. Dann hat er uns eine andere Wohnung organisiert, die war jedoch deutlich kleiner und hatte weniger Komfort/Extras. Als ich dann um eine Preisreduktion anfragte, wollte er nur die Kurtaxe erlassen. Schade.

che splendida famiglia

La struttura si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal centro di S.Vito e quindi è lodevolmente estranea ai "rumori" delle serate turisitiche. L'appartamento è ben arredato, con alcuni locali da poco ristrutturati, dotato di condizionatore e ventilatori. Estremamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per la casa vacanze. Il balcone è ampio e dotato di doccia esterna, tavolo, sedie, sdraio, barbecue; anche se non sempre utilizzabile a causa del sole battente in alcuni orari della giornata. Al piano terra, il ristorante/macelleria di famiglia. La gentilezza e disponibilità di tutta la famiglia e dei camerieri del locale è squisita, tanto da lasciarci un pezzetto di cuore!

L'appartamento si presenta così come viene descritto nel sito. La posizione è un po' distante dalla spiaggia (10 minuti a piedi) ma comunque sul viale principale del paese. Il proprietario, Giuseppe, sua mamma e la moglie cordialissimi e disponibilissimi. Consigliato.

ottimo soggiorno

Dal 9 al 15 settembre abbiamo occupato io e il mio compagno il bilocale verde mare di Giuseppe Pace. Abbiamo trascorso un indimenticabile soggiorno. Già dal nostro arrivo abbiamo notato la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari. Senza parlare dell'igiene di questo appartamento pulitissimo ordinato e arredato con gusto. La sua vicinanza a tutti i servizi e la spiaggia ma anche la tranquillità de la via in cui è ubicato ne fanno un ottimo luogo per trascorrere vacanze piacevoli. San vito lo capo è bello pulito e la sua spiaggia è una meraviglia. Non si vede il caos di certi luoghi turistici.Abbiamo fatto una escursione fino a Castellamare del golfo e poi costeggiato la bella riserva dello zingaro e Scopello per contemplare la bellissima natura. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo nei diversi ristoranti. È a malincuore che siamo tornati a casa e progettiamo già di tornarci di nuovo. Comunque consigliamo san vito a chiunque voglia trascorrere momenti belli particolarmente nei appartamenti della famiglia Pace.

Splendida vacanza

E' stata una splendida vacanza, i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili,l'appartamento era pulitissimo e situato in una magnifica e tranquilla posizione. Un esperienza da ripetere e consigliare.

dal 31/08/2014 al 08/09/2014 sono stato a san vito lo capo, il posto e molto bello ,anche se era molto affolato , ho alloggiato, presso casa vacanza donatella, la famiglia e gentilissima e sempre molto disponibile , l'appartamento, molto semplice ma dotato di tutti i confort, fino all'ultimo sono stati sempre disponibili, penso che se avro la possibilita ci tornero di sicuro sia a san vito ma sopratutto a casa vacanze donatella.un saluto a rivederci a presto.

Un appartement sympa dans un village les pieds dans la mer et proche d'une réserve naturelle pour des baignades extraordinaires. Un accueil chaleureux de la famille Pace et une gentillesse authentique de la mama Giovanna.

Ampio trilocale di 75 mq, climatizzato, composto da una cucina-soggiorno arredata con tutto il necessario (tv color,stoviglie,piatti,ecc...) dove si trova un divano letto comodissimo, una camera da letto matrimoniale con un lettino, una seconda camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia, una verandina abitabile completa di tavolo e sedie dove potersi rilassare in tranquillità ed posto auto riservato.

Il trilocale puo ospitare da 4-7 persone ed è completo di tutti i comfort (possibilità di connessione wi-fi).
