Return to Lancashire!
The location of this property was just what we expected and is lovely. The access did become temporarily problematic after torrential rain as the track to the property flooded. The house itself suited our needs, although we did need to boost the heating regularly as it seemed to be set for very short bursts; the weather meant we needed it to come on more often. The owner made frequent visits to the property which became rather excessive. All in all, we enjoyed our holiday and would recommend the area.

Endless 360 degree views
The home is deep into the rolling hills of Hill House Farm. Amazing views of the Ribble Valley and Pendle Hill. The drive in through the village of Sawley is like a movie set. The river Ribble meanders though the valley, sheep are grazing everywhere and the grass is so green . The cottages are adorable and you'll find yourself trying to figure out how to move here. The home looks like an original barn but has been appointed with all comforts. Brand new all around. Great kitchen, back porch, laundry and large beds. 4 baths. Shopping is about 10 minutes away.
