Fantastic villa with pool in Jávea, only 2 km from the beach with capacity for 10 people.

The house is located in a very quiet area, 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Jávea, where you can find all kinds of services. It is ideal for families with small children or a group of friends who wish to relax and sunbathe by the pool. It has several parking spaces, the plot is flat, private and fully fenced.

The Villa Sortetes is distributed on one floor with a large living room, five double bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open kitchen, a laundry room and several terraces. The pool is surrounded by a well-kept garden and a beautiful pergola where you can enjoy a good barbecue.

Mooie villa

Zeer mooie en ruim opgezette villa die van alle gemakken voorzien is. Heerlijke buitenruimte, zeer groot en met een mooi zwembad. Goede locatie, op 10 min. loopafstand van het stadscentrum van Javea. Prima communicatie met de verhuurder.
