Beautiful apartment of 110m, 3 bedrooms, and two terraces of 15 and 80 m. The terraces have different orientation and one has shade in the morning and another in the afternoon. It has a toilet and a bathroom. A very spacious lounge and a separate dining room also very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has a covered garage and storage room to leave things on the beach.
The best urbanization in the area, with pool and beautiful garden. Ideal for family vacations. 70m from one of the best beach in Valencia and 5 min from the Golf de Oliva Nova.
