This was a great apartment. Just off the square with easy walks to shops, coffee, restauants and groceries. The place was very clean and had new appliances. Easy in and out. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and living areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent apartment in Nea Smyrni

We had a great stay here! The apartment is incredibly spacious and all the terrace space was extra nice. The building was quiet and located close to many shops, bars, and restaurants. The Nea Smyrni square was a nice area to walk around in the evenings and the tram made it easy to get to the beach or into the main tourist sites. We had no problem finding parking on the street directly in front of the building so that was also nice. Great place!

Perfect home base for visiting family

Marina’s home was so perfect for what we were looking for. It’s very very comfortable and clean with brand new kitchen appliances and wonderful art throughout. It’s also in a perfect location with bars, restaurants, parks, and a supermarket just around the corner. The balconies are an added bonus especially since you’re on the 4th floor. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!!

We loved our stay. We were very pleased to have someone meet us upon arrival. The place was very clean. We enjoyed the surrounding area. Very short walk to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the music in the park at night. It was bright , spacious, and comfortable beds! Communication with the owner was superb. Does Not Disappoint!

We stayed there 5 years ago, and found it just as perfect now as it was then. Marina is a great host and made arrangements for us to be picked up at the airport. We were able to reach her at any time. The apartment is exactly as described with balconies, A/C, kitchen and amenities. There isn't a better location in Nea Smyrni. Close to plateia, trams, busses and metro. You can't go wrong, it's a beautiful bustling location. a 15 minute ride to Syntagma Square and a nice walk to PLAKA and Monasteraki from there. Or head south to Glyfada and the beach. It's the only place we will consider in the future!

Spacious, Clean and Classy Apartment in Athens

Everything about our 7-day stay (in May) at this property was excellent. The owner responded clearly and quickly to any questions/concerns that we had, including accommodating our arrival time from the ATH airport. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was easy to get to all of Athens’ attractions using Uber (although public transportation is also very convenient). The air conditioning worked well, as did the bathroom and kitchen facilities. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom, but we found it time-consuming (and a bit confusing) to use, so we went instead to a local laundromat. The elevator in the building worked well and was super convenient for hauling our luggage up and down. There is a grocery store just down the street on the corner. The public square nearby had many restaurants, stores, and ATM/banks. We definitely felt like we were experiencing living in a local neighborhood, instead of the typical tourist areas. This apartment was an excellent value for a family of 4 adults for a week in Athens. We definitely recommend this location and we would stay here again.
