Fantastic villa finely furnished, structured on three levels, it also enjoys a swimming pool with a large private garden.
The location is excellent, just minutes from the motorway, perfect for visiting the most important tourist destinations in the area, such as Catania, Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto, Pantalica and Ragusa, and many other splendid seaside resorts, such as Fontane bianche, Arenella and Avola.
The house allows for many nearby sales points, such as: Bar, tobacconist, pizzeria, bakery, supermarket, petrol station and car rental.

The villa offers two kitchens, including an outdoor one in front of the pool, with a wood-burning oven and a barbecue area. The exterior also offers a bathroom and a shower, always adjacent to the pool.

Guests can easily access, with their car, through a gate that leads to the private parking, with a smaller gate that also allows entry on foot.

Am ersten Tag wurde uns gesagt das der Herr sich um die pool kümmert, hat er getan aber hat es nicht gebracht, jeden Tag morgens früh war der Pool dreckig 3 Tag lang konnten wir den Pool nicht benutzen, obwohl den Herr jeden Tag morgens früh da war müssen wir in anrufen und fragen ob er bitte um die pool sich kümmern kann Das hat ganze 3 Tage gedauert Ausserdem nachts über war meistens schwer einzuschlafen da den Herr direkt daneben wohnt und 2 Hunde Besitz die fast die ganze Nacht gebehlt haben Auf keinen Fall würden wir dieses Objekt nochmals buchen Lg
