Laguna Sunrise is one of our flagship villas in Paphos. This luxurious retreat is perfect for a party of 9 or family seeking a private haven to experience the island of Cyprus.
This magnificent 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is exquisitely furnished with a private pool offering a beautiful panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, whilst you relax and tan on the sun beds or enjoy a BBQ around the outside dining table.
Perfect for entertaining and impressing your guests, the downstairs basement offers a pool table for your leisure, whilst the dining room is elegantly chic and the living room is spacious to sit back and relax, whilst connecting to the WIFI or watching internet TV.
The villa is perfectly located just a 2 mins drive from the Coral Bay Avenue strip, which offers plenty of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops for you to choose from.
The popular Coral Bay, a 500 meter long bay boasting golden sands and clean blue waters, is a certified blue flag bay and is a 15 mins stroll from the villa.
** The property does not allow same sex groups.
** The main guest should be 25 years old or over.
** The first Baby Cot can be provided on request (Free of charge).
**Any additional Baby Cot can be provided on request (Charged separately per night).
