Modern architecture meets Cyprus beauty. A stone’s throw from the tideline, our 5BR, 5.5BA villa was designed by us to offer bright, inviting spaces and breathtaking mountain and sea views.
Spend mornings sipping coffee on the rooftop while gazing out over the Mediterranean. Fill your afternoons with sunshine—chill on a sunbed by the private pool, or stroll 700 meters to a blue flag beach, where your family will pass hours splashing in the surf. At night, explore buzzing resort towns or quaint villages, or gather the little ones for a movie night in the airy living space.
Our family is never far from yours. We live onsite, in a neighboring villa, and are available anytime to answer your concerns—from how to operate the TV to where to celebrate a special dinner.

Hi, I'm Andreas, owner and manager of 6 holiday villas in Cyprus. My idea was to create a complex of villas that are homey, comfortable, and private for families to enjoy quality time together. I live in one of the villas in the complex, so I am available 24/7 to solve problems and give suggestions for things to see and do in Cyprus.
My family and I moved here from South Africa specifically to build and manage the villas, and Cyprus is an ideal place for us—it's great place for kids, and we get to do something we love, which makes this an ideal family-run business for us. We look forward to meeting you!

You already have a friend in Cyprus! Because we (Tina and Andreas) live at the same villa complex as our villas and bungalows, we try to meet every group personally at check-in and offer our local recommendations and our 24/7 assistance to make sure your trip lives up to your daydreams.
As a family-run business ourselves, family vacations are our speciality. Every villa is well-equipped for hosting guests of all ages, with extras like cots, highchairs and baby gates for safety, and private pools, BBQ grills and electronics just for fun. Our 3-bedroom bungalows easily accommodate both toddlers and older guests who prefer not to worry about stairs.
