Very nice stay in the villa!

We enjoyed our stay! The villa is very nice, modern and clean and perfect for a large family. Very close to the beach! The villa is nicer than the pictures, so these could even be replaced by nicer pictures!

Lovely property with wonderful pool

6 of us stayed here (4 adults, 2 children). The property is very modern and well equipped with everything required. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach. The pool (heated to 28C) is wonderful and we swam nearly everyday (even in the wind and rain!). There are several restaurants within a few minutes drive and two small supermarkets nearby. The area is quiet and very family oriented.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Lage, Haus + Pool waren super, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin nett und unkompliziert. Als bei uns in einem WC Wasser auslief, kam schnell ein Handwerker. Allerdings konnte er die Dichtung bis Ferienende nicht austauschen und die Vermieterin bot hier leider -außer Handtüchern- von sich aus nichts weiter an. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Ausstattung der Küche mit eher einfachen Gegenständen. Nervig war v.a. der Geshirrspüler, bei dem eine Schublade immer fast herausfiel.

Très agréable maison moderne

Très agréable séjour dans cette maison très moderne et confortable. Audrey nous a très bien accueillis et était disponible pour n’importe quelle question. La vue est magnifique. La maison est très bien chauffée. On y était très bien! Malgré le vent parfois violent. Un très bon séjour pour petits et grands !!

Wer hier etwas zu meckern hat - ind bestimmt könnte man selbst hier etwas finden-, der sollte seine Einstellung zum Urlaub generell überdenken. Super Haus mit toller Ausstattung, traumhaften Ausblicken und perfekter Lage 100m vom Strand/Meer. Audrey war zudem immer kontaktierbar, sehr nett und vor allem äußerst hilfsbereit („Pick up“, da Adresse nicht ganz eindeutig). Absolute Empfehlung! Kommen gern wieder!

Traumhafter Blick aus einem sehr modernen Haus

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem erstklassigen Ferienhaus. Der Blick auf Meer und Landschaft ist beeindruckend. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in drei Minuten erreichbar. Das Nachbargrundstück atmet durch einen Bunker aus dem Jahr 1944 sogar Geschichte. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, die Sauberkeit ist herausragend! Die Fotos sind deutlich "grauer" als die Realität. Nur deshalb oben bei der Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats 4/5. Jederzeit empfehlenswerte Destination! Erstklassiger Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Völlig unkompliziert und sehr höflich und schnell.

Tout était parfait. Très belle villa conforme au descriptif de l annonce et à mes attentes. Très propre et très bien équipée. Très bien située et très calme. Propriétaire très accueillante . Elle propose d aller récupérer vos courses au Drive du supermarché , le jour de votre arrivée. Merci encore pour ce service . Cadeau de bienvenue: cidre et crêpes. Der gesamte Urlaub war so wie wir es erwartet hatten. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir erwartet und im Haus unterwiesen. Bei einem Problem mit der Heizung wurde sofort alles unternommen und am Abend war alles wieder ok. Sehr empfehlenswert. Immer wieder

Sehr gepflegtes geräumiges Haus mit grandiosem Meerblick

Wir haben zu viert mit zwei Hunden drei Wochen über Weihnachten und Neujahr in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht, uns teilweise darin eingeigelt, denn das Glück, das wir mit dem Haus hatten, hatten wir mit dem Wetter nicht. Aber so können wir bestätigen: Das Haus ist gut beheizbar, sturmfest und bietet durch die nach außen geöffnete Bauweise, die großen Fenster, auch bei schlechtem Wetter viel Bretagne-Feeling. Unvergleichlich ist der Blick aus der Badewanne in die Bucht mit ihrem Spiel der Gezeiten, da werden Duschfans zu Badefans. Audrey ist Vermieterin aus Leidenschaft und kümmert sich um alles gewissenhaft, Ambiente wie Service. Nach etlichen Jahren Erfahrung können wir sagen: Wir haben noch nie in einem so sauberen Ferienhaus gewohnt. Es ist so gut wie alles da, was man braucht, es wurde auf Design wertgelegt. Hinweis für Leute mit bodenempfindlichem / älterem Hund: der schöne graue Boden ist recht glatt und die schwingende und leicht klingende Designer-Metalltreppe nur für stabile Hundegemüter gangbar.

Traumhaftes Haus mit Garten, Pool und eine schöne, ruhige Umgebung in Frankreich. Empfehlenswert!

Wir waren zu Acht Personen für eine Woche in dieser modernen Unterkunft. Zum Haus: Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung überhalb des Meeres. Der Meerblick, gerade von der riesigen Dachterasse, ist traumhaft. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und modern. Vor allem die Sauberkeit hat uns überzugt. Der Pool konnte aufgewärmt werden, wodurch man ihn auch bei kälteren Temperaturen nutzen kann. Zur Umgebung: Das Meer kann man zu Fuß innerhalb von einer Minute erreichen. Viele Ausgehmöglichlichkeiten gibt es nicht. Wer einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub mag, ist hier genau richtig! Zur Vermieterin: Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann sie bei möglichen Fragen problemlos kontaktieren. Fazit: Das Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für das ermöglichen dieser schönen Woche, Audrey!

Traumhaftes Haus am Meer

Wir bewohnten zu acht Personen für rund eine Woche dieses Haus in Frankreich. Die Angaben des Inserates treffen alle zu. Unsere Vorstellungen wurden sogar noch übertroffen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Vor allem die Nähe zum Strand (1 Minute Fußweg) und der beheizbare Pool, wodurch man auch bei kälteren Außentemperaturen problemlos schwimmen kann, haben uns überzeugt. Auch die ruhige Umgebung ermöglicht einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und kann bei aufkommenden Problemen oder Fragen problemlos kontaktiert werden. Fazit: Das Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für das ermöglichen dieser schönen Woche, Audrey!

Best holiday house ever!

The beautiful, modern house has a beautiful view over the sea with its extreme tides. The house is spotless clean, has all equipment you need during your holiday. Because of all the big windows, it's a very light house. We were with a family of 7, there was enough privacy in and around the house. Brignogan is a lovely town nearby, Café du port was our favourite place for a coffee or wine. We made long walks on the beach when the tide was low, there are lots of lovely towns to visit. Dear Audrey thank you for your warm welcome and special thanks for picking up our shoppings at Lecler drive. We will come back sometime!

We (2 families with kids) have been in this beautiful and modern villa for one week. The villa is very spacious, there is a lot of space for 2 families. Everything was clean and well working. The pool was heated (28 C), the garden (with barbecue) was very fine. The owner of the villa was very nice and helpfull. The beach is very close. We hope to come back next year. We give the best possible vote for everything.

Magnifique villa

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette très belle villa, à quelques pas de la plage, avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer. La maison, très propre, est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, et très fonctionnelle (tout est mis à la disposition des locataires pour passer un agréable séjour). Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié les buts de foot et le trampoline dans le jardin... et le flipper dans le garage ! La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description proposée sur le site, et la propriétaire charmante. Le seul regret : ne pas avoir pu profiter de la piscine du fait de la saison… Location à recommander !

Maison parfaite. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine en août (2 adultes, 2 enfants). Etat impeccable. Nombreux équipements (dont piscine extérieure chauffée, cuisine bien équipée, hifi et tv de qualité, etc). Service appréciable en + : possibilité de commander ses courses par internet, la propriétaire se charge de les réceptionner et de les ranger avant votre arrivée.
