Villa with three bedrooms.
Two living rooms, one upstairs and one on main floor.
Two bathrooms.
Balcony with an amazing view.
Big porch on ground floor for dinners outside and barbeque.
Just outside is a lawn for fun summer activities and only 100 meters away is a private sand beach.
To the other side there is a nature reserve with barbeque postings and Amazing hiking possibilities.
2 Bikes are available and only 10 minutes away you find restaurants, nightlife and shops in Downtown Waxholm (Capitol or Stockholm's archipelago).
