This is a modern 3 bedroom townhouse located in an exclusive gated complex just minutes away from the blue flag beaches, bars and restaurants and sports activities.

The villa itself has two double bedrooms with a double bed in each and a twin room with two single beds. It has a large living room, an independent kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The accommodation is on two floors.

There is a garden and patio at the back of the villa that has sun for much of the day. There is also a driveway for a car. Free WIFI is available throughout the property. The development is established between gardens with water features throughout. There is a large outdoor pool, with a paddling pool for younger children, as well as tennis courts.

Outside the site there are two excellent supermarkets 15 minutes away on foot or 4 minutes by car, as well as restaurants, shops and a water park.

La recogida de llaves se realiza en una caja fuerte de llaves en Mojácar o Vera Playa y todas las instrucciones se enviarán 2 semanas antes de la fecha del viaje. Un reunion presencial esta disponible y hay una carga de 25 € por este servicio que se paga a la llegada.
Todos los demás servicios necesarios (paquete de bienvenida, cuna de alquiler,) y se pueden pagar a su llegada.
