Burford House is situated in the heart of Great Malven and is an ideal location to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped and has been well thought out to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible. Access into the apartment is via a PRIVATE front door located to the left hand side of the building and this leads down a flight of internal stairs into the hallway. A further PRIVATE access through the rear entrance is to the right hand side of the building and down a few external steps and this door leads into the back corridor.
With two bedrooms both have king size beds, high quality sprung mattresses, luxury linen and towels, micro fibre duvet and pillows but with a luxurious feather squish. Both rooms have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space with a hairdryer in each. One room benefits from the beautiful view to the rear of the apartment and the other has two large windows to the side. A very well equipped kitchen diner with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven , microwave and fridge freezer and also a DAB radio with Bluetooth connection. The lounge has magnificent views over the Severn Valley and has a full HD TV and Blu-ray player and a sky package including sky sports and movies on demand. BT infinity Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
The bathroom also enjoys views to the Severn Valley and has a spacious bath with p shaped shower over.
Battery tea lights can be found throughout the apartment, sorry but no real candles please.
The private side entrance door leads into a private corridor where there is a washing machine, iron, airer etc and is an ideal place to leave bikes and any outdoor clothing.

Perfect cosy apartment to spend the Christmas holiday, great location for visiting family and friends in the area. Beautiful views across the valley. Loved the festive touches too and Louise was a fantastic host. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
Very nice appartement,very clean,just like the pictures in the guidelines is everything explained,WiFi is good, everything is compleet from towels too kitchen we wil visit it again
Excellent, comfortable apartment was so welcoming! Two couple friends enjoyed time together post pandemic AND retirements scheduled or done. Louise was responsive foe any questions or concerns.
We did have difficulty locating the key on our arrival and arrived after Waitrose had closed. There are very narrow stairs down to the apartment however there is anohter door that opens out at ground level which could be opened for anyone not able to manage the stairs. The apartment could do with more fans (there is one there but we had brought our own which is essential for sleeping). The first night, i tried to sleep with the window open but a neighbour's wind chime kepr me awake all night. The views are terrific and the apartment is 2 minutes away from the base of the Malvern Hills. Please note that this an old property and noise travels so tenants beneath and above may be able to hear the noise of the dishwasher and opening of drawers etc. One of the beds is very creaky even with only one person. There is a washing machine but no tumble dryer. The ironing board is also for very short people. Better than a hotel anyway!
We had a really great stay here. The apartment is well situated, quiet (despite the main road) and well appointed. With the large windows there is plenty of light. And despite the cold weather, the flat was never cold. We appreciated the use of a high chair and bed for our 2 year old – plus the games, train set and books! Next time we come to Great Malvern, we hope to stay here. Many thanks.
Delightful view. Convenient layout for us. Had all we needed for a pleasant and easy stay. Steps down into the apartment might be a bit steep for some people if they have mobility issues. We would happily stay here again if visiting Malvern in the future.

A fantastic property in every respect in which to spend a relaxing week to catch up with a good friend .Perfectly located for the town,cafes,parks and access to the hiils and of course the wonderful theatre.The appartment is beautifully decorated and very well equipped with beautiful views to enjoy.
