Beautiful property with amazing heated pool

The property exceeded our expectations. We were a family travelling with elderly grandparents and so didn't use all the outside facilities but it would be the perfect property for a multi generational holiday with the play area, quiet spots all over the gardens with seats to rest and read a book, well equipped outside kitchen and the heated pool that was really appreciated at this time of year. The interior was clean and spacious with everything you needed for a restful holiday. The management company were friendly and helpful and at every stage left clear instructions about accessing the property, things to do in the area, where to eat with fast responses to every query I had. The surrounding area was beautiful with lots to do, Ostuni is a 20 minute drive and beaches not far. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Prachtige villa, vlakbij Ostuni en heerlijke stranden

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze prachtige villa op een geweldige locatie. Midden tussen de olijf, fruitbomen in het mooie landschap van Puglia staat deze villa. Met een groot gezelschap van 10 personen en diverse leeftijden, is dit verblijf meer dan compleet. Speeltuin met verlichting en in verbinding met het terras waar je met elkaar eet. Fijne buitenkeuken. Zwembad is groot, verloopt qua diepte. 1 slaapkamer in het hoofdverblijf waar ook de keuken en woonkamer zijn. Links van hoofdverblijf 1trullihuisje met badkamer en zitje. Twee aparte bedden. Rechts van hoofdverblijf, 1 ingang voor 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 tweepersoons kamer en 1 kamer met twee eenpersoons slaapkamers bedden, apart een badkamer voor deze twee slaapvertrekken. Dan nog 1 tweepersoons kamer met badkamer. Overal airco en horren voor de ramen. Er waren wat kleine ongemakken maar door de snelle communicatie met verhuurder werd alles goed verholpen. Zeer behulpvaardig. Auto is noodzakelijk gezien locatie. Wij hebben genoten van deze betoverende plek. Luana, grazie mille!

Una meraviglia tra gli ulivi

Villa Marianna e’ un gioiellino in mezzo a piantagioni di ulivi , il trullo da un tocco di storia . Piscina bellissima , Villa attrezzata ed accogliente contornata da un parco curato con alberi da frutto e viti. Ma l’assistenza di vacanze in Puglia e per loro Ilaria fanno la differenza … bellissima vacanza

Een eerste keer in Puglia

Voor een eerste keer naar puglia te reizen vonden wij deze streek een goede uitvalsbasis. Dorpen zoals Alberobello, Ostuni(‘s avonds heel leuk!), Brindisi...zelfs Lecce liggen op 30min a 1u afstand. Wel rekening houden met de slalommende wegen waardoor je beter niet afgaat op de afstand in km. Wij vonden de villa wel in een té rustig dorp gesitueerd voor ons, maar de vakantiewoning zelf had alles wat je nodig had tot zelfs de verse eitjes van de kippen in eigen kippenhok. Als familie (5) was deze misschien wel iets té groot want door de aparte ruimtes (toegang via buiten) mis je mss wel de samenhorigheid...als groep is dit top natuurlijk. Zwembad was zeker oké (de muggen moet je erbij nemen), keuken heel functioneel, echte pizza oven buiten de MAX! De dichtstbijzijnde supermercato ligt op 10min rijden, en alle andere nodige info ligt in mapje ter plaatse. Het agentschap ter plaatse lijkt wel wat amateuristisch maar stuurt wel de nodige info via whatsapp berichtjes bij festiviteiten in de buurt. Zij hebben ons ook geholpen om een contactpersoon te vinden ivm snorkelen in de buurt. Dus als je zin hebt in iets actiefs ga dan naar Torre guaceto beach. Van daar nemen ze je mee in het natuurreservaat en kan je in een afgezonderde baai leren snorkelen met de nodige info over de vissen ed.

Your vacation has been 'rich' of things to do thanks to the immediate proximity to many tourist cities, San Vito dei Normanni is also favored for its proximity to Brindisi airport just 20 km away! This house comfortably offers hospitality both to a family thanks to the presence of 3 bedrooms (six beds) where the three bedrooms are in the same environment, both in groups thanks to the presence of two other bedrooms. The travel diary offered by our agency and the text messages on the events sent every day are proof of how important it is for us to share with you the life of the place, making your presence unique in Puglia.
