As you enter this gorgeous 9th-floor two-bedroom Majestic Sun 911A vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL, at Seascape Resort, the first thing you will fall in love with is the beautiful living room that features a glass door leading to your private balcony overlooking the beach. With full views of the Gulf of Mexico, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets right from your condo.


Step out onto your balcony and watch the waves washing over the sugar white shores. A full kitchen and dining area are the ideal place to prepare a family picnic for a day at the beach. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed and a private master bathroom. The second bedroom contains two twin beds, and the living room features a sofa sleeper. A washer and dryer is conveniently located in the unit. This vacation rental condo on the beach in Destin can easily accommodate up to six guests, perfect for your next family vacation!


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.

Great view from balcony. Caught tons of fish in lake behind condo. Great location. Few minor inconveniences (door handle broken on door to balcony/master shower door was off the track/ice maker in freezer didn’t make much ice/TV in living room didn’t work) but had a great time.

The bed in the master was absolutely fantastic, we slept amazing each night. ( I should have checked the brand and model) the pillows were also great. A few things that could have made the stay better would have been better cooking utensils and having the main sliding glass door that went to the balcony fixed ax it was extremely hard to open. The door to the balcony from the master was good. Beach access was very simple. We would stay at this property again.property again

The property was one of the dirtiest that we've stayed at. The carpet was completely disgusting. It was black from all the ground in dirt. The walls were all marked up and dirty. We saw several roaches and my daughter is terrified of them so that made for an interesting stay. The drapes were obviously taken straight out of the package. All wrinkled and didn't fit at all. We've been coming to the beach for 30 years every year and this property was bad. I don't know if i will stay at majestic sun again. Gonna take us awhile to get over this one. The beds were comfortable though!

Location and view were great saw Dolphins every morning

Previous renters tore up the sleeper so we had to deal with an air mattress took up all the space , the front door needed to be checked that it locked, however we did not complain to maintenance, master bedroom we bumped the dresser a lot room not porportioned for king bed, however bed was comfortable

Hands down…best and most Beautiful views, But…condo interior needs work, filthy commodes, dirty carpets, electrical plugs that dont always work, rusted out refrigerator, dryer is worn out and doesn't work every time, very dirty toilets and the blender was beyond filthy!

Condo has two bedrooms that comfortably fit us and our three kids (ages 6 and under-one slept in a packnplay that fit perfectly between the two twin beds). Large balcony with beautiful ocean views. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Just be aware there are several steps to get down to the beach (not the easiest to manage with a wagon loaded with beach supplies-but there’s also ramp access a little further down). Condo had two boogie boards and two nice beach chairs, saved us from buying or packing our own. On site ice cream shop on bottom level was awesome and our kids absolutely loved the indoor/outdoor pool. My only complaints are small and mostly cosmetic-paint pretty worn/scuffed throughout the unit, broken knob on master bed frame that my kids kept knocking off, and the door from the living room to the balcony took some muscle to open and close. Overall a great place with great views and amenities. Will definitely check for availability here first the next time we are in the area!

No heated pool

What caught my attention was the heated pool. On 20 October I went to swim and no heated pool. I was told the hot tubs weren’t hot. That wasn’t my interest and I didn’t further investigate. Hopefully next time the pool will be heated.

Condo is dirty and needs upgrades

This condo was extremely dirty. I found hairs, dirt and dead skin in the master bath. The walls were covered in scuff marks and finger prints (seriously needs a paint job) The couches are filthy and banged up. I didn’t sit on either couch the whole time. A table in the condo had a huge whole in a drawer and it was off track. It fell on my foot when I opened it. The master bedroom comforter smelled awful and we didn’t use it. On our last day, I discovered what I assume must have been barf stains in the second bedroom bedding. The carpets badly need replacing. I did let the management company know how disappointed I was with this place and they offered to come clean it, but don’t think they understood that the place needs much more than a good cleaning. I would not recommend this place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: The location of this property is outstanding and so was the view from our balcony. The pool was also great, and we especially loved the heated pool that flowed outside to the outdoor pool. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great. The Majestic Sun is a great place to stay but would recommend looking for updated units. Negatives: This unit is in need of a major update. The walls were scuffed and dirty in several places. The carpet is also in very bad condition and has lots of dirty spots. The living room furniture was worn and uncomfortable. The balcony furniture is corroded and dirty and needs to be replaced. The bathrooms were fine, but the tub/showers are hard to navigate if you're a senior citizen. We had issues with the tv working. Once we got help with that, we got it working. All the TV instructions that came with the condo were incorrect and need to be updated. Most shelving in the unit is "rusty" or dirty in closets and in refrigerator. The kitchen was mostly fine, but one cupboard door continually comes off the hinges. This was a last minute choice based on our booking so late. We reviewed many other units that were much nicer for the same price range, but they were already booked. Once updated, I would recommend this unit for it's location, but until then, would not.
