A classy villa in a very exclusive position. Absolute frontline to the beach and sea. This property has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There are 2 further bedrooms. One with direct access and views to the beach. The property provides for very spacious living. A large lounge with flat screen tv, leading out to a glass conservatory perfect for all day dining, winter or summer, while watching the waves rolling in. Open terrace with barbecue and garden area and private access 1st line to the beach and chiringuitos.
A fully fitted open plan kitchen. The house entrance has its own electric gates for free private secure parking. The property has full air conditioning and heated floors in every room. Free internet service, 1000+ free tv channels in 7 different languages. It is furnished to a high standard.
There is a large private heated swimming pool open all year with lots of green garden area for private sunbathing.
The town centre of San Pedro is just a 7 minute drive away, and less than a 10 minute drive to Puerto Banus and 15 minutes to Marbella.
With plenty of good restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and activities within easy reach, ‘Dream Beach House’ is the perfect retreat for families or if you are looking for somewhere just to relax and unwind.


We really will try hard to make your holiday special and hope you will return for more so we do everything we reasonably can to make your stay as near perfect as we can. We are local so are there when you need us but not when you don't.

Check in is at 4 pm onwards, check out 10am. A car is not a requirement, you can walk to everything but with so much out there still worth having.

The pool heating is €250 a week to heat but there is no charge for air conditioning.
