Bright apartment, a few minutes walk from Marco Polo airport, in a nice and very quiet neighborhood. The apartment is on the raised ground floor, composed of: living room with kitchenette, bedroom, huge terrace facing west, air conditioning, heating, smart TV, Wi-Fi and windowed bathroom with bathtub! Just 5 minutes walk from the apartment is the bus stop n. 5 that takes you to Venice historic center every 15 minutes, bar, pizzeria restaurant, supermarket, wine cellar, tobacconist, pharmacy etc ...
Whenever you need it, my husband and I will be glad to help you!
Bus no. 5 every 15 minutes that takes you to Venice historic center.
Bus no. 15 every 30 minutes that takes you to the Mestre station.
Bus no. 43 that goes to the casino of Ca 'Noghera

Rude, Uncooperative, Smelly, Unreasonable, STAY AWAY.

The host denied my family of 4 access to the unit after 9:00pm. Leaving 2 adults and 2 children out of the unit for the night. Allowing 2 children to go without shelter in a foreign country, which is plain cruel. Below is a full account of the events including the breach of contract. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ My family of four, including two kids (ages 10 and 13), endured a disastrous stay at this property. Right from the start, communication with the host was problematic. Despite notifying them of our 10:00 PM arrival, they unexpectedly enforced a 9:00 PM access policy, forcing us to rearrange our plans. Train delays made us late, and the host denied access, breaching our contract. We were left without accommodation for one night and faced further inconvenience the next day. The property itself was far from acceptable. It reeked of cigarettes, the AC was locked at 23.5°C (74.3°F) with no fans provided, and the thin walls allowed neighbor noise to disrupt our sleep. On top of that, the dishwasher didn't work, the shower leaked, and the Wi-Fi was non-functional. I strongly caution against booking this property. Our experience was marred by contract breaches and unsatisfactory conditions. Spare yourself the disappointment and choose another place to stay. Consider the train station. You might end up there anyway.
