A hidden gem on a botanical square, just a few steps from the main Avenida, with shops, cafés and restaurants. And in addition the apartment is in the flat part of Puerto del Carmen, which allows you to easily walk around.

Botanica is a spacious apartment on the first floor with a very large terrace and a view of the tropical garden.
As you open the doors, the colonial vintage style will bring you completely into a tropical atmosphere.
Everything has been renovated.
For your comfort you will find a fully equipped kitchen: a large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob and a washing machine. The bedroom with large fitted wardrobe has an ensuite bathroom.
You will quickly feel at home away from home!
