I can honesty say we have never stayed in a holiday cottage that had supplied every thing you needed
I can honesty say we have never stayed in a holiday cottage that had supplied every thing you needed for your stay, from a fantastic welcome basket to a beautiful presented cottage.
Has a wonderful New Year at the cottage. Lovely welcome basket on arrival and a bottle of bubbles cooling in the fridge! The cottage is lovely - small enough to be cosy but big enough for plenty of room for the four of us plus our dog. The views are gorgeous and it was very peaceful. Weather was terrible but we still went to the seaside at Hastings (about 20 mins) and had a brilliant visit to the Shipwreck Museum and a windy walk on the beach. Loved walking in the woods and down to the Queens Head pub for lunch (all on paths which is good) Overall cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you so much - we'll definitely be back.

The perfect place to relax and unwind, especially if you also have a dog(s).
The perfect place to relax and unwind, especially if you also have a dog(s). The Stable Block has been renovated to an extremely high standard. The result is a stunning, comfortable, very pretty, relaxing, clean and welcoming holiday home.Plenty of space for one or two families to share with breath taking views across to Hastings on a clear day. Quiet and very beautiful. Masses of fields close by for exercising the pooch(es.)Very well equipped. All the extra touches made such a difference. Dog beds, bowls and towels, dog treats, tissues in the bedrooms and beach towels, an amazing welcome hamper...just to name a few. Comfortable beds with high quality mattresses and pillows and linen. An amazing base to come back to at the end of the day after exploring the Garden of England, oast houses, historic castles and abbeys, antique shops, beaches, battle fields and charismatic eating places...all within easy reach by car.....Or dog walking down to the local pub in the village. Sit by the village green and enjoy dinner and a drink whilst watching the resident geese waddle up and down. Have already recommended to our family and friends and even the odd fellow dog walker!

Had another wonderful holiday at the cottages and can’t wait to go back.
Had another wonderful holiday at the cottages and can’t wait to go back. Sue and her team always go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The dogs especially loved the use of the field this time, really made the holiday for my spaniel and the coffee machine made my mornings perfect.
