Great location easy to find the caravan was what we expected because had stayed in a few before my only comment is the carpets and sofa's could do with a deep clean it’s something that’s used a lot and a hoover just don’t cut it. But apart from that rocks all the boxes.

A very welcoming stay.

A family consisting of 3 adults, 2 teens, 1 child and 3 dogs! We had an absolutely lovely time. The 6 birth caravan was ideal for us. Beach is a 5 minute walk away. The beach sunset for the 2 nights we stayed was gorgeous and plenty of photo opportunities. The caravan site was perfect for us. Small and considering it catered for kids and dogs, it was actually really quiet! My Grandson is autistic and even he only had one minor "melt down" A great time was had by all. Caravan showing it’s age.

No pilot light on water heating boiler, hence no hot water. It was fixed on site later. Pilot light not working on gas fire. Sky vent in kitchen leaking water when raining. Gas oven controls not legible. Some curtain hooks broken, and sink plugs chains broken.

Disappointing

Caravan was tired Key safe wouldn't open so site manager couldn't do it so gave us key. Knob on toilet door kept falling off. No knob on boiler cupboard door. Had to use cutlery to prise open. No mat in bath so disabled husband couldn't use. Dining table unstable so we didn't use. Cardboard had Ben wedged underneath but didn't improve. Only basic pots. Needed collinder, bowl and measuring jug. Bedding we paid £60 for thin and worn. Could have bought new in Hunstanton for less. Nothing to clean with only a brush and dustpan. Would have to kneel on floor to use do didn't. Hardly any bristles on toilet brush. Handle off freezer compartment in fridge. Had to prise open with knife and found 2 frozen bottles of beer. Video wouldn't play and kept saying dvds dirty, even new ones. Accomodation very disappointing . Wouldn't go to that site again.

They are great value for money, and hugely popular with families, however due to their age they do have signs of wear and tear and historical maintenance . Caravan

Caravan is quite out dated. Cupboards lining falling off. Paid for early check in and when arrived the caravan wasn't ready. The cushions add to go in for repair came back different colours made it look even worst. Instead off 2 o'clock check in it was more 5.30 pm we could enter . The site is self is ok has about 20 caravans. The kids dint like the way the on site dog was treated. Was locked up all day in a pen. Looking very poor. Quite a warm few days and kids was topping the water bowl and feeding it. Close to the beach and a very nice place . Would go back to hunstanton but in a different caravan park .

Overall good for a mini break

Property was lovely and clean and a great location for beach, walks and shops etc. We also survived the night with storm Francis and 55mph winds battering us!!! Only slight negatives were the curtains could do with being updated in the bathroom and living areas as they had black mould on them and the double mattress was very uncomfortable as when you sat or laid down on it it literally went flat and you could feel all the springs!

The caravan was clean and tidy but is very dated. The double bed mattress very uncomfortable (needs replacing), the sofa's had tears in them and covered with blankets. The hot water in the shower was dangerously hot, went from boiling to freezing! As we had young children with us I felt this was dangerous. Location and site very good

My holiday
