Excellent stay

Excellent stay and experience very suitable for dog owners , enjoyed every part of the stay . We'll apart from the random downpours of rain but aye that's expected . Would happily stay again

It was fine - not used to gas cooking and grill was broken but managed ok

Short break at Lees caravan park

Site very clean friendly staff,site nice and quite.caravan old but clean surprised to find a full size freezer as it wasn’t listed nice walk to Hunstanton by road or sea front would consider going there again

Old caravan

The caravan was old and in need of repairs. It didn’t spoil the holiday but it wasn’t advertised has an old van

They are great value for money, and hugely popular with families, however due to their age they do have signs of wear and tear and historical maintenance . Felt accomadation could realky do with an update. Description wasnt quite as described.. it was a long walk to theatre and town and amusdments

The property was not clean do food under table carpets loads of stains on. The seating was grubby

The property was not clean the light in room did not work so we fixed that. The blind in the bathroom was broken so we fixed that. This was very hard for us as we had our disabled daughter with us and instead of spending quality time with her we had to clean and fix your caravan. I think you have broken Health and safety standards plus much more.

Weekend away

Property was clean and very close to the beach which was great. A clothes horse to hang wet stuff would be beneficial but otherwise a good long weekend. Nice to be able to park up and walk everywhere.

In much need of repairs

Only 2 windows opened, the rest were broken or permanently ajar. Parts of the seating area were broken, there was no freezer compartment in the fridge and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

Great Break

Fantastic location providing the opportunity for lovely beach walks. The caravan itself was old, one of the windows was broken, the windows in the lounge could not be opened has they appeared to be screwed down. The front seating area was broken, sunken. The caravan was disapoinint in all.
