Our villa is located in the heart of southern Ardèche offering a picturesque site on the banks of the river Ardèche and the valley of Ibie, for swimming, fishing and canoeing and kayaking.
The villa is 60m2, fenced garden with trees 800m2. private pool (7,5x3) secure. In a green environment, 2 minutes walk from the valley town center Pont d'Arc and to all amenities and activities (canoeing, caving, climbing, hiking, canyoning, beaches, historic sites, picturesque villages ....) 2 bedrooms , living area, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 2 terraces, private parking, and a garden.

We hebben genoten van dit verblijf! Het is een heerlijk huisje met alle benodigde voorzieningen. En als bonus ook nog eens een heerlijk privè zwembad met volledige privicy. Het is op loopafstand van het gezellige druk bezochte dorpje met genoeg leuke winkeltjes eet- en drinkgelegenheid. De omgeving is prachtig, er is genoeg te doen!

Een heel fijn vakantiehuis

Ons verblijf was precies zoals we het graag willen: een fijn huis met een (af)wasmachine, een tuin (zonder inkijk) met een zwembad, goede wifi, rustig gelegen, op loopafstand van een leuk dorp en genoeg te doen in de omgeving. De extra pluspunten waren een vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaresse (die met haar gezin ernaast woont maar de privacy van de gasten respecteert) en het heerlijke weer

Das Haus und der Pool ist ein Traum es fehlt an nichts . Es ist alles sehr sauber und so Eingerichtet wie beschrieben.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und durch hohe Sträucher eingezäunt.Wir waren sehr viel mit E-Bikes unterwegs. Das Haus kann man nur Empfehlen.Grüße Micha und Robert

Une très belle semaine dans cette maison très bien située. Au calme et a côté de toutes commodités. La propriétaire a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Très discrète mais présente au besoin. Merci 🙏 La maison était au top, propre, très bien équipée 👌 et la piscine privée est un réel avantage, de plus la météo était de notre côté. Nous reviendrons c’est certain :)

Agréable séjour dans cette maison. Accueil au top. Le jardin est complètement entouré d'une haie (pas comme sur les photos) donc on est bien isolé des voisins. Gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen schönen , erholsamen Urlaub in einem sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus. Zwei Dinge würden wir uns allerdings wünschen: Das Küchenzubehör ist nicht sehr umfangreich und könnte für Menschen, die sehr gerne kochen, etwas aufgestockt werden. Der Ausblick auf die Berge wurde inzwischen durch andere Häuser und höhere Pflanzen getrübt und das Foto sollte in der Anzeige korrigiert werden.
