Seabreeze is a delightful holiday bungalow situated on the 37 acre Linstone Chine Holiday Village comfortably sleeping four people and has proudly achieved a "Certificate of Excellence" Award on Trip Advisor. Its location in the quiet back row of the flat field of Brambles Chine section provides unobstructed views across a large playing field to the sea, allowing children to play within view while you relax in the sun. Facing due south the sunsets are spectacular. A short walk will bring you to Colwell Bay, a wonderful sandy beach with beach cafes, shops and the famous "Hut" restaurant.
Unlike most properties on Brambles Chine which were built in the 1970s, Seabreeze. stands out as a larger, far newer design, being built in 2007 to a higher specification, and it's also unique as there are no properties built directly in front or to the rear and as such enjoys a higher degree of privacy and fabulous unobstructed sea views.
Seabreeze consists of an open plan lounge / dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a 4ft 6" double bed and the second with twin 3ft beds and this bedroom also has its own washbasin. Both bedrooms have their own patio doors which lead out to a secluded and peaceful rear patio and garden. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for a very small supplement.
If you prefer not to use your car, there is a regular bus service a short walk from the site which you can use to travel around the island.
For your added convenience there is a coin operated launderette on the site.
Freshwater village is within a few minutes drive away where there are a variety of shops, banks, library, pub serving food, supermarkets and a Leisure Centre which has an indoor heated swimming pool. Horse riding is nearby and also a golf course.
There is a children's play area across the field with new play equipment for the 2019 season. There's also crazy golf, 9 hole pitch and putt, grass tennis court and a football pitch for children.
The property is ideal for couples seeking a peaceful and picturesque location and also families and is set in an ideal location to explore the island.

We really enjoyed this nice bungalow in Freshwater. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very good! The view was amazing. We had one of the best vacation, here. Lovely little chalet with nice open spaces right outside your front door. Great for kids to run and play and there’s a little park just outside also. Just a small walk across the grass you can take some steps down to the beach which is beautiful for sunsets as west facing. Quiet little holiday village and would highly recommend.

Wonderful holiday, the bungalow was perfect for our stay, clean, comfortable with an amazing outlook across the playing field to the sea. We loved the location and being able to access the beach from the holiday park. Beautiful quiet beach at Colwell perfect for building sandcastles when the tide was out, would definitely come back here, we didn't want to go home. We explored the whole island, some favourites were the beach at Ryde, Steephill Cove at Ventnor, the Waterfront restaurant at Totland Bay, sitting outside at the Longbeach cafe bar at Colwell bay watching the sun go down across the sea with an ice cold beer was heaven.

Great stay in Freshwater!

We loved everything about our stay at Seabreeze at the Isle of Wight! The bungalow was very clean and tidy but not stark. It was very comfortable for us as a family of 4 with a baby and a toddler. The beautiful view was very pleasant and the large field and close by Olay area was great. We rented bikes for the week and were able to get around comfortably without a car. The host was very communicative and we would not hesitate to book this holiday home again!!

The property was lovely and its positioning on the site was perfect for the sunset and sunrise (nothing blocking your view) Gloria always replies promptly to any queries you might have, and gave us a call to make sure that the property was up to scratch which it was. Even better than we hoped for!

The bungalow was compact but big enough for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 boys (11 and 13) for the week. It was very well laid out and appointed, with a fantastic view out to sea. Despite the almost constant rain (to be expected at the end of October) we all had a great time thanks to the onsite crazy golf and pitch and put course, and the superb location which was ideal for travel to the islands many attractions. The Needles were only a short drive away and the main roads to the rest of the island were handy, but the site still felt well away from urban areas, which is how we like it. I strongly recommend taking a kite, the playing field in front of the bungalow is ideally placed to catch any wind coming in from the sea and makes for brilliant kite flying weather. This was a new experience for my boys and have us some great Father and Son time. Finally, the property owner was friendly and very helpful.

Brilliant Base from which to travel around the isle of wight

This lovely bungalow was as described and the owner was exceptional with communication before and during our stay. As a personal preference the bed has a soft mattress and we have firm for a pre-existing back condition so found it slightly to soft but we should have checked ourselves. The site was again excellent, quiet and maintained superbly and the location was so lovely .If peace and quiet is important this is guaranteed here.We have no hesitation in recommending this property and look forward to returning again ourselves.

Beautiful Sunsets

Very peaceful bungalow in fabulous position. Sea views fabulous sunsets and near the beach and lovely country walks. We have stayed on the island many times as my husband was born in freshwater. We visit friends and family. The island is truly majical.

Although we live by the sea in West Sussex we love holidays on the Isle of Wight and holiday there ourselves several times a year. We always return from the island feeling refreshed and relaxed with lots of wonderful, happy memories, and always look forward to our next visit to the island. Freshwater offers guests a wonderful holiday experience in a quieter, more relaxing part of the island.
