Villa with garden, backyard terrace and barbecue and on foot of shops 800 meters from the barrosa beach. 5 minutes from the town of Chiclana and the new Sancti Petri (bus stop 30 meters from the house). Ideal for families, surfing (wind, kite, paddle or normal surf for several levels) bike rides through the pine forests, Salinas, walk to the town of Sancti Petri. Also to visit other villages by car or bus such as Conil, Zahara de los Tunas. Vejer, or go to Cádiz, Jerez or Santa María port in 30-40 min
