Located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, this sublime bright 68m2 apartment is ideally located: close to the Old Port and the Market. Everything is done on foot!
The little extras of the accommodation: outdoor terrace with view of the old town, careful decoration, privileged location, quiet and free secure underground parking in the residence for easy parking (2 parking spaces)!

We provide you with basic food products (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar ...) as well as the necessary maintenance.

Entry into the apartment is easy from the digital code or by the underground car park of the residence. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator).

Upon arrival beds are made, bath towels are also provided. you just have to enjoy;)

Calme en cœur de ville

séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement confortable et lumineux situe dans rue calme au cœur de La Rochelle Une fois la voiture garée au sous sol de l’immeuble , tout est accessible à pied :Déambuler à la découverte de La ville et du port,faire ses courses au marché couvert ,chiller aux terrasses des cafés et se régaler de la gastronomie locale !! Que du bonheur !!

Perfect appartement in city centre and with parking!!!

The owner awaited us when we arrived and showed us around in the appartment and parking. The apartment had two parkingspaces which we absolutely loved! When you leave the building you only walk for two minutes to the centre. The owner is very polite and helpfull. This place is to recommended!

Schönes Appartement in zentrumsnaher Altstadtlage

Helle Wohnung mit elektr. Rolläden. Standard Ferienwohnungsausstattung mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr schöner und ruhiger Westbalkon. 3.Etage mit Aufzug und Tiefgaragenplatz. Empfehlenswert.
