The Old Stables is situated in a superb rural location overlooking the Lac de Pellinec in central Brittany.The cottage has four bedrooms, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and another family bathroom. It is located within 200m of an Auberge restaurant which overlooks the lake, The cottage has a smart flat screen tv with English channels and can also connect to your Netflix, Amazon prime accounts etc and Blueray players and free WIFI. The cottages shares the swimming pool with 2 three bedroom cottages.The 8 mile long lake of Lac de Guerledan with its many safe and sandy beaches and the Nantes to Brest canal are just a short drive away. Both of these offer many sporting activities such as horse riding, water skiing, canoeing and cycling. The cottages have been designed to accommodate families with children of all ages. The fenced swimming pool is heated with a heat pump and is shared with two other three bedroom properties.Altogether an ideal base for exploring central Brittany or just unwinding around the swimming pool . The lake is not used for water sports only for fishing.
