super emplacement mais des choses à faire

Très belle situation au calme, très belle vue, bonne disposition de l'appartement, grande terrasse, climatisation efficace, espaces communs ( jardin ,piscine ) très bien entretenus. Excellente réactivité de l'agence de location Zeus face aux problèmes rencontrés vis à vis de la maintenance. Bon équipement electro menager A l'arrivée lavabo bouché. Il serait bon de prévoir un état des lieux à l'arrivée et un accueil sur place ( actuellement à Salou). Mobilier à bout de souffle à changer. Un aspirateur à prévoir. Il manquait certains ustensiles de base à la cuisine ( ouvre boite , une seule casserole, pas de torchons etc.). . Chaines satellite en panne à l'arrivée. Tous les problèmes techniques ont été rapidement résolus par l'agence Zeus, il faudrait que le propriétaire fasse un effort sur certains équipements et les tarifs.

Die Lage ist super. Direkter Blick zum Meer - top. Das Appartement und die Einrichtung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Klapprige zugige Einscheiben-Holzfenster... Zugang über zwei recht steile Aussentreppen - mit schweren Koffern etwas beschwerlich. Stellplatz für das Auto im anderen Geländebereich. Somit muss man komplett aussenrum gehen - Katastrophe Insgesamt ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis noch in Ordnung. Wir würden es jedoch nicht mehr buchen.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, très bien situé dans une résidence calme avec un voisinage sympathique. La vue est juste magnifique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'agence qui loue l'appartement est aussi très arrangeante et fais preuve d'un très bon accueil. Nous reviendrons bientôt. Merci ! Le ballon d'eau chaude est très petit donc pour la douche ce n'est pas très pratique. La piscine n'est pas dotée de transats.
