Large apartment facing the sea
The apartment, of about 80 square meters, is located in a building near a free beach, on a mezzanine floor. It is composed of a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 separate beds, one with a bunk bed + a pull-out bed), for a total of 5 beds. There are also 2 bathrooms (blind). All the rooms of the apartment overlook the beach through three large windows. There are no balconies. Just below the house there is a free beach and on both sides there are equipped bathrooms, one of which with a bar open to all. In 4-5 minutes on foot you reach the pedestrian center of Pietra Ligure. Just outside the house there are small shops, bar restaurants, etc. Very convenient if you have children! There are: iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV.
We have electrical certification, gas system and heating.
NB:
Animals are not accepted.
We do not supply household linen (for bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen).
We do not have a parking space, but there are free parking spaces nearby.
No air conditioning, no microwave, no wi-fi.
