Excellent stay in Areoira

We have a win stay at this villa in Areoira. Luis was a fabulous host and our family thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The villa is magnificent and catered for our every need. Lovely pool, patio and BBQ area. Perfect for a summer break. Thank you Luis for a memorable stay !!!

Luis, the local agent, was very helpful but this is an old, tired property in need of modernisation. Not even hot water in kitchen to clean up, dishwasher ineffective, baths without plugs, only a/c in 1 bedroom. Pool and garden area pleasant but again in need of refresh

Dear Steve-sly, I'm writing to address your recent comments about the property. I'm sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations, however, I believe that your remarks are unfair and misleading. This is a €3,000,000 villa with a beautiful outdoor space, including a large 14m x 6m pool, overlooking the Golf Resort. The interior decoration reflects the homeowner's personal taste. Regarding your specific points: * **Hot Water:** The villa has hot water available throughout, both inside and outside the house. * **Dishwasher:** The Miele dishwasher is in good working order and was tested. It's possible that an incorrect washing program was selected. * **Air Conditioning:** There is air conditioning in the master bedroom, the bedroom with four single beds, and the main living area (covering both the living and dining spaces). What is particularly puzzling is that I was not contacted at any point during your stay regarding any concerns or issues you experienced. Had I been informed, I would have addressed and resolved them immediately.

Great property, great location, great time

As per the images the house is huge and there was loads of room for our two families to spread out and enjoy our time. Highlights were the pool and outside covered space with BBQ, that was well used; lounge with big TV for when it was too hot or too early/late to be outside; and space I the rooms to hang clothes and store stuff. Location is great, 20 mins by car or a 40 min walk to beaches and the sea, an hour outside Lisbon (car or train), and 40 minutes from Sesimbra where we went out on a day boat trip and also got some diving in.

Great Time in Portugal

Host was great and provided us with everything we needed. Luis was especially accommodating with the checkin procedure. Loved the location as its close to the beach and easy to Uber into the city. Loved the resort amenities, such as nearby reaturabts, bar, and grocery store.

Great location and Great Service

Lluis and his crew are managing the villa with great professionalism and extreme attention to the guests. Very smooth check-in and check-out, lot of good advice on where to go, eat and sightsee. The location is peaceful though ideally located for all activities. Very large and clean villa. A must.
