Our Teatro Luxury apartment is located on the second floor – with an elevator! This whole apartment has recently been renovated and redecorated with great and refined taste and attention to detail: an architectural jewel designed to be elegant, while also maintaining a high level of comfort to make you feel at home. The first room upon entry is the charming dining room, which can seat up to six people, with a spacious black dining room table contrasting the deep red curtain and opulent chandelier hanging above. The wallpaper of this room instantly exudes theatrical feelings that carry on throughout the apartment. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen , just off the dining room, features everything you may need to cook your own meals at home – including an espresso machine!

The living area is very spacious with an classy feeling, equipped with a comfortable sofa, which can fold out to form into another bed, four cozy chairs, and two elegant ottomans create an atmosphere of luxury.

The two bedrooms are both elegant and welcoming, featuring double beds, flat screen TV’s, elegant backdrops of the David by Michelangelo and Ratto delle Sabine by Giambologna. The first bedroom has a wonderfully renewed en suite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower. The other bathroom, also recently renovated, is located nearby the kitchen, and also features a walk in shower. The second bedroom, located off the living room, is incredibly spacious and has an additional fold out ottoman which completes the apartments’ maximum capacity of 6.
