Great stay, great location! Nice and cool air conditioning, a cold bottle of water in the fridge for us on arrival was a nice and appreciated touch.

The location is very close to the transportation hub so it’s very easy to explore Florence and the surrounding areas from there. It’s a short walk to the center piazza and Duomo. There are good restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. The air conditioning was excellent and we were there when the weather was very hot. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc to eat in when we wanted. The apartment is spacious and modern.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was located a very short walk from SMN train station which made it easy to hop on the train for day trips to Venice, Bologna, Pisa etc. It was well appointed with all things necessary to feel we were at home. Comfortable beds, nice linens, detergent, body wash etc. Good grocery and pharmacy very close. Easy walk to all parts of the city. Also the bonus of a small rooftop patio to enjoy a coffee on a sunny morning! 5 stars!

Modern apartment

Everything about the place was excellent. Quick easy walk from the train station, loved the elevator for luggage and quick responses from the owner. Rooms were spacious, pocket map of the city was provided as well as water bottles for everyone. What a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment close to railway station

We loved this property. The apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was close to the main railway station, tram stop, supermarkets and several restaurants. It was within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Communication with the hosts was great. We would definitely recommend. It was everything we had hoped for.

We had an overall great experience staying at the Art Apartment for four nights. The layout of the unit is unique with the upper loft space, which was a hit with our teenage daughter. The unit is incredibly spacious, with high ceilings in both the main floor bedrooms and kitchen/living area. The kitchen is large and well appointed with most things you'd need for an extended stay with meals cooked at home - but with so many incredible food choices nearby, why would you!One thing we noted that caused a bit of frustration - there are not a lot of options for charging your devices in the main floor bedrooms. We ended up having to charge our phones in the kitchen and weren't able to use them as alarms. A USB charging block on the nightstands would have been helpful. The location is very good, with a short walk around the corner to the train station (3 minutes), and a short walk down the road to the Piazza di Santa Maria Novella (5 minutes) with lots of food choices and sights to see. From there everything else you could want to check out in Florence is 5-10 minutes. One thing we did note, being a family of 4 with two teenage kids, when walking directly around the train station area at night, keep your wits about you. We came across several questionable people there at night. Having said that, the apartment street is incredibly safe and we had no worries staying at this location.Overall we were pleased with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!
