Studio :- self contained apartment - own entrance & sun terrace.
There is a double L shaped sofa bed, kitchen area has oven, halogen hob, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & is well equipped with crockery - utensils - pots pans etc - there is a tv with extensive tv package & cable internet with wifi 100 to 600 mbps.
The property is in a quiet, exclusive urbanisation close proximity to the Apartments San Marcial which has a pool, pool bar & shop . The property is an easy 3 1/2 minute walk to local sandy beach, commercial center shops restaurants and bars .

Cleaning ??
Although the studio was spotlessly clean when I checked in, I was surprised by the fact that in two weeks I had no towel or linen change, and no cleaners in. There was a mop and bucket but no cleaning liquids. Overall I was generally happy with a very modern and we'll equipped apt, sofa bed comfy, and easy to set up and put away.

Thank you for letting me know. the cleaners are supposed to go in each week and change bed linen & towels. Not happy that they have not done that. I am suprised you did not mention it as we were in contact during the time you were staying in the studio & simple message to me would have sorted out the problem rather than complain publicly after you have left. Did they put in a welcome pack food tea coffee milk in the fridge for you ?? which was a gift from us.

What utter tosh ... Considering you did not follow the instructions on the arrival sheet and did not contact me when I gave you my contact details ... you entered the villa and not the studio that you had booked ..any it was quite obvious you were in the wrong property. The new arrivals to the villa and I were in shock when you were in the villa ... And it cost me 75e to have the villa cleaned after your wrong usage and 25e for the laundry ... I did not claim it back through VRBO who would have charged you .. as I am a nice person.. and obviously you are not. :-( very annoyed with you 😤 and I will put through a claim to VRBO.

lovely area in the middle of palm trees groves - lovely easy walks & cycle routes in the area - no hills - near the beach & commercial center - lots of pubs, restaurants & entertainment nearby -- spoilt for choice ;-)
