Beautiful Hilltop Villa on 18th fairway

Hill Country house on 18th fairway at Riverhill Country Club. YES, the club is open now to Cottage guests. Cottage #4 is a 4 bedroom/4 bath two story home with independent access for the upstairs rooms. Stay with us and have Country Club access to the tennis courts, swimming, seasonal pool, gym, golf course and restaurants and be just 5 minutes from downtown Kerrville!

Our Hill Country stone patio has an expansive view of the course and enjoys a consistent breeze shaded under one of the largest Elm trees in the hill country, built-in charcoal grill, and comfortable seating to sit and enjoy yourselves while grilling your steaks! Or just relax in the hammock.

The Great Room has a 180 degree view of the golf course, 5G Wi-Fi, 4k 52” TV above the stone fireplace and the open floor plan incorporates the gourmet kitchen and dining area with direct access to the patio. The kitchen has an ice maker, farmhouse sink, and is well equipped to make your stay feel like home. The Cottage features four large bedrooms with ensuite bath and private entrances. All bedrooms have a flat screen television, large walk-in glass shower, personal amenities package and hair dryer. The two upstairs bedrooms have a large balcony patio with porch swing, ensuite bath, hair dryer, personal amenities package, Keurig coffee maker & K-cups, personal refrigerator and microwave.

Spacious parking is available. No pets please unless pre approved. Non refundable pet deposit to cover deep cleaning required. Huge Laundry room with front-load washer and dryer is available to guests.

Cottage #4 is located less than 5 minutes from Historic Downtown Kerrville, with shops, galleries, fine dining, theaters and more! The Louis Hayes Park downtown stretches the beautiful Guadalupe river and includes a splash park, outdoor amphitheater for festivals & concerts, dog park and the newly constructed river trail! Make sure to visit the Museum of Western Art, Cailloux Theater, Schreiner Mansion, along with our amazing string of shops and bakeries downtown while staying with us.

We are located only 25 minutes from the famous Fredericksburg, Texas! Take the scenic drive down beautiful Highway 16 to enjoy amazing downtown shops and tour the world-famous Fredericksburg Wine Road 290! This historic German town boasts the National Museum of the Pacific War, Wildseed Farms and Hill Country wine tours.

Cozy weekend in Kerrville

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was well stocked with anything you could possibly need! The house was cozy and inviting, perfect for a long weekend away. Our favorite spot was the back patio under the Oak Tree. We are already planning our next trip back!

A Perfect Place

This wonderful home is the perfect place to stay! The surroundings are beautiful & so peaceful. The home is arranged well for large families or groups. Home away from home

This was our 4th trip to Janet’s house and we love it. It has all the amenities you need and the most beautiful patio for visiting, relaxing and watching the deer. We hire the tennis pro to conduct drills for our group and Garry is terrific! We will be back!

Relaxing weekend away from home

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was everything we expected and more. It was well stocked with all the little details. I have never stayed some place else where things like coffee, spices, foil, oil were all available and didn't require us to dash to the store. The patio was our favorite part but a close second to the options for board games. All of the family had individual rooms and we could equally enjoy time together and time apart. Thanks for hosting!

Best Kept Secret in Kerrville!

We enjoyed a Girls' Getaway in Kerrville, just a short distance from our home in New Braunfels. We were greeted by a delightful breeze and cooler temperatures. It was so nice to sit outside on the patio, overlooking the golf course, and watch the deer. The home was beautiful, and we all enjoyed having our own beds -- very comfortable. We all loved the Hill Country decor and we appreciated the quality linens and bedding. The location is perfect for day trips to both Boerne and Fredericksburg. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home, and we hope to be able to vacation there again!

We stayed in Cottage #4 with three other couples (dear friends) to celebrate my birthday. The cottage was beautifully decorated and well stocked. We enjoyed sleeping on a comfy bed, sheets, and plush pillows. The pool was very nice and the view was spectacular! If a Picture Paints a Thousand Words...

If a picture paints a thoughts words, then the opening picture is a perfect example of all that this property entails. All amenities that one could need for baking, grilling, cooking, relaxing, rejuvenating, and resting are at this property. The location is quiet and safe inside a development with its own golf course, swimming pool, and tennis courts. The area is quiet and the surrounding neighbors are friendly. The outside sitting area was relaxing as we enjoyed fellowship, watched golfers swing clubs, and wildlife roam the area. More importantly, ALL the beds were comfortable and clean. We could not have picked a better location and would definitely recommend this location and these owners for anyone visiting the area. You will not be disappointed.

This is confusing- is one star "love" or 5 stars- not clear with wording and words above the stars.

7 of us - loved it!! Loved the house - beautiful!! All needs met. Only suggestion is housekeeping look beyond obvious . Refrigerator in Room C was unplugged. We pulled out and the dust on back top and inside cabinet was massive- suggest occasional attention to that in C and D. I have a picture if you want. Spiderweb in decorative item in window by game table downstairs. These are issues that only need to be addressed couple of times a year. Lights on stairs and upstairs needed to be reprogrammed for us as is difficult to maneuver when lights shut off at 9 or 10 pm. These comments meant to be constructive only - our visit was wonderful - loved accommodations and will visit again.

The wonderful upstairs rooms are accessed by an outside low step riser staircase and enjoy a second story balcony with seating and a porch swing. The balcony looks out through the oak tree onto the Club tennis courts.
