Our stone patio has a beautiful view of the golf course and comes with table and chairs and a Weber grill perfect for grilling steaks and dining under the beautiful Hill Country night skies. Be sure to watch for the deer that wander the golf course while enjoying a Hill Country sunrise or sunset.
The Great Room has a 180 degree view of the golf course, Wi-Fi, 42” SmartTV, a reclining sofa and loveseat, kitchen table and chairs with seating for six along with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, ice maker and basic spices. The Cottage features four large bedrooms each with a private bathroom featuring a large walk-in glass shower, personal amenities package and hair dryer. Iron and ironing board are in all rooms. All bedrooms have a private entrance, flat screen television, personal refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The two upstairs bedroom suites feature a balcony patio.
Cottage #5 is located less than 5 minutes from Historic Downtown Kerrville, with antique shops, art galleries, fine and casual dining and much more. The Louise Hayes Park downtown sits alongside the beautiful Guadalupe River and includes a kid's splash park, outdoor amphitheater for festivals & concerts, and the newly constructed 5 mile hike and bike river trail. Check out shows at the Cailloux Theater while enjoying our Hill Country home. For art lovers, visit the Museum of Western Art located next door to the Country Club.
We are located only 25 minutes from Fredericksburg, Texas. Take the scenic drive down beautiful Highway 16 to enjoy amazing downtown shops and tour the world-famous Fredericksburg Wine Road 290. This historic German town boasts the National Museum of the Pacific War and Hill Country wine tours.
Drive a little further to Hye, Texas and take a tour of Garrison Brothers Bourbon Distillery. In 2006, the distillery was granted the first stiller's permit for bourbon outside of Kentucky and Tennessee, making it the oldest legal bourbon distillery in Texas. Follow your tour with a trip to the Old Tunnel Bat Cave and watch the bats emerge at sundown from May to October then walk over and have dinner at the rustic Alamo Springs Cafe, known for their fabulous burgers.
On Saturdays from Memorial Day to Labor Day, head toward Hunt, Texas and visit Crider's Rodeo and Dance Hall. After a fun evening at the rodeo, walk over for dinner and dancing under the stars with live music at one to Texas' oldest dance halls on the Guadalupe River.
