Welcome to our beach house, 10 meters from the beach, 30 meters from the sea. This loft has the most spectacular 180 degree ocean view in Sal. With a little luck you can spot whales playing in the ocean and with clear weather you can see the beaches of the neighbor island Boa Vista. From the spacious and bright balcony, overgrown with beautiful bougainvillea, you'll enjoy your privacy, overlooking the wind and kite surfers, with the lively center of Santa Maria just around the corner.

Our wonderful loft is located in a quite area on the beach, but just a two-minute walk from the bustling city center.

If you want to surf, kite, dive, sup or just sit with a drink in the sun, all facilities can be seen from the balcony. You can choose if you would like to sit in the sun enjoy the coolness of the shade. You will have lots of privacy as you will not have any neighbors.

The spacious living room is bright, modernly furnished and fully equipped for your comfort. There is a flat screen TV with a high-speed Internet connection, air conditioning and a well-stocked open and light kitchen. With the wooden staircase you go up to the second floor. Here you will find the bedrooms and the bathroom with a washing machine. Also the bedrooms have the same spectacular sea view and pool view.

What will you do? Take a dip in the blue sea, which has the same wonderful temperature all year round. Or will you take a free sun bed at the edge of the pool in the tropical garden and read your book. In the morning you can take a walk to the pier for some fresh tuna or lobster. Groceries can be bought very easily in the supermarket just around the corner.

Enjoy a cold beer or a tasty pizza at our neighbors bar Angulo. This bar and windsurf center is owned by the former world champion windsurfing Mark Angulo. You can easily rent your surf gear here.

Or enjoy the huge variety of good restaurants that are all within walking distance of the beach house. Santa Maria's nightlife is spectacular with its many cafes, bars and clubs. There is music everywhere, people are dancing in the streets, the party never seems to stop.
