Great communication with host; excellent location for tube and travelling and seeing London; amenities were great with more than enough in the kitchen for a large group.
Lovely home in quaint neighborhood close to everything. We had a great time and enjoyed our visit! Easy check in and check out, close to tube station and bus stops.

Is perfect for everyone and lots of great restaurants close by. Property manager was a dream and provided a lot of valuable recommendations.
We stayed at the property for a week in late May. There were six of us, two couples and two singles. The property is spacious, more spacious than in the photographs. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The living space is generous. The outdoor space is beautiful. The plants in the garden are lovely. The bedrooms are generous. The primary bedroom on the first floor and the loft bedroom on the second floor have ensuite bathrooms. There is a half-bathroom on the ground floor and a full bathroom on the first floor for the other two first-floor bedrooms. The loft bedroom is the largest with its own sitting room and balcony. The property is clean. The communication was great. Nicki met us when we arrived and was very responsive to our questions and requests. The location is great. It is close to Kilburn Park and Queen’s Park tube stations. The Brondesbury overground is a 15 minute walk away with frequent trains to Kew Gardens and Richmond. There are a number of good restaurants and pubs nearby. Be sure to check out Lonsdale Road. The Wolfpack pub takes over the street on a weekend afternoon. There is decent shopping, including large grocery stores, on Kilburn High Road, a ten minute walk away. This was an excellent location for a group intent on exploring London. I recommend it highly.
Great little neighborhood in north London, short walk to two tube lines. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants to choose from, also in very close proximity. The house itself was exactly as pictured, even better to be honest, great space for the six of us. Well appointed with everything we needed for our 10-day stay. Our hosts, Anna and Nicky, were wonderful to work with, very responsive and very friendly. We have kids who live in London, so we will definitely choose this property for our next stay.
Wow, what a lovely place to stay in on our holiday trip. Lots of space for all of our family both when we where together or when the teenagers were in their room. Nice and clean with so many things that we felt a bit luxurious on our stay. Nice bathroom with tubes or showers, a brand new kitchen with a the things you need, comfortable beds, balcony where you can sit and eat your breakfast.
The hosts were so helpful and nice and answered your questions quickly.
If you rent this house I assure you get a pleasent stay.

Good space, but 3 floors and the location is just okay. Takes a good 15-30 mins to get anywhere so keep that in mind. No air conditioning which isn't uncommon in Europe but brutal during the summer months if it's hot.
Property is better than advertised! Close to markets, coffee shops, bakery, micro brewery, pubs and restaurants. Emergency medical center is a block away. This property is on the Bakerloo Tube line which makes many places in Central London accessible without changing tube lines. Whether you are in London to see the many sites or need a peaceful place to reside for an extended business trip this is the property for you. Can’t miss value.
