Didn’t meet the host but lots of useful info left about the property and appliances leaving etc including local areas of interest and a visitors book to leave any comments. Small but welcoming and comfortable cottage with everything you could possibly need for any length stay.

Everything you need, bonus biscuits and half pint of milk on arrival very lovely.
Everything you need, bonus biscuits and half pint of milk on arrival very lovely. Slightly disappointed as had visions of morning tea at cast iron table (pictured) but unable to locate... bench out front nr bins, laundry, defib not same vibes but very lovely area, local pub great, nice walk down lanes, sadly chip shop was shut, store/post office beautiful with great selection of supplies. Local milk vending machine worth the walk. Took a trip to lundy, highly recommend. Other half not keen on lack of shower, didn't bother me. If you want more than pub and shop will need to drive.Housekeeper very kindly replaced broken bin day one. Overall a very lovely little cottage, well equipped.
Small, one of multiple units in redeveloped farm buildings sharing A common entrance and parking space. The cottage is well furnished and comfortable. The stairs are very steep and the bath is not convenient or safe for older visitors. The area is lovely especially The Farmers Arms and fish and chip shop at Woolsery.

Needs a decent outside light in the porch area .Flashing light going all the time on the laundry room .The radiator in the twin bedroom did not work checked valves were open .My wife who slept in that room was cold.Ironing board cover needs some attention

A well-equipped and comfortable property in good condition.
A well-equipped and comfortable property in good condition. The owners had gone the extra mile to provide things like games which were welcome on one of our many wet days. Kitchen appliances and equipment were excellent. The beds were comfortable.
One of the reasons why we chose this property was for the garden. In this regard, the photo is misleading.
