Apartment about 80 meters from the Poetto beach; composed of large living-dining room with sofa bed, double bedroom and twin bedroom with air conditioning, kitchen (fridge-freezer, gas cooker - microwave oven, toaster and washing machine) bathroom, two verandas, one with a view towards the sea. Equipped with dishes, iron, hairdryer, fans. Bed linen and towels on request.

At 20 meters the bus stop that connects to the city center, station, port (about 6 km away) and the remaining Poetto beach. Market, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy at about mt. 200.
Numerous kiosks and bars on the beach in front of it with the possibility of renting an umbrella and deck chairs.

Windsurfing and sailing school nearby The Marina Piccola marina is around 10 minutes away on foot.
The city center, the port and the station can be reached by bus or car in about 15 minutes.
