My Name is Jennifer I live and work as a teacher in England. I have 2 teenage children 17 & 13 who love singing and acting and a husband who is a graphic designer. Every summer growing up I spent my time in Fondi, going to the beach, eating pizza & ice cream and going out in the evening. My dad and family live in Fondi and i have many friends who i enjoy socialising with when i visit. I love Fondi and my family and I enjoy visiting as regularly as possible. I have always wanted to buy a home in Fondi, having spent most my summers here as a child and so this year i had the opportunity to buy a home in a great location.
Why they chose this property
This apartment is big enough for a large family and is really light and modern. You are walking distance from the historic town of Fondi that is older than Rome. There is a laundrette across the road, convince store, bakery, and farmacy around the corner. All restaurants and ice cream parlours are a street away. On Sundays a large market is walking distance away.
What makes this property unique
There is a train station with direct lines to Rome and Naples, with regular buses to and from the station. Buses also go regularly to several beaches and the coastal towns of Sperlonga and Terracina. Ample free road parking is also available near the property.
