Old ragged towels. No soap, shampoo, no hair conditioner. Towels were soiled. Bedding was questionable. No washer soap, no drier. Generally cold for winter. Cleanliness was questionable kitchen floor was dirty along the baseboards it needed a good vacuuming. The couch was not comfortable and it had a grandma's cover. High priced

Le logement est idéalement situé. La vue est magnifique et la terrasse est tres bien. Cela reste l’atout majeur du lieu. Le logement est assez grand pour six personnes. La literie est correcte à part le clic clac de la chambre qui est creusé au centre. Les deux salles de bain font l’affaire. Le seul hic pour nous c’est la propreté à notre arrivée. Le ménage n’avait pas été fait convenablement. Un petit conseil au propriétaire : votre bien est top, alors entretenez le si vous voulez le louer longtemps. La cuisine a besoin d’un grand nettoyage ( hotte, façade, lave vaisselle). Les fenêtres sont également à faire. Avec cette vue imprenable sur la mer les vitres propres seraient top. Nous notons qu’il n’y a pas d’aspirateur dans l’appartement et cela permettrait de faire du ménage en profondeur. Nous ne pensons pas être exigeants mais quand on paye on aime que ce soit propre. Nous sommes visiblement tombé sur des gens avant nous qui étaient fumeurs ça sentait le tabac froid heureusement qu’il faisait très beau et qu’on a pu aérer. De même les serviettes de toilettes sont fournies ce qui est une prestation top mais à notre arrivée les serviettes fournies était humides et avait pris l’odeur de l’humidité. On aura préféré qu’elles ne soient pas pliées et laissées étendues si elles n’avaient pas eu le temps de finir de sécher. L’annonce stipule un parking couvert mais pas possible de garer sa voiture. Le propriétaire nous indique de nous garer dans la rue. Bien dans l’ensemble.

Bon séjour, mais quelques déceptions Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement , qui offre une vue vraiment sympa depuis la terrasse L’accueil était chaleureux (par téléphone) et l’emplacement idéal pour explorer les alentours. Cependant, quelques points ont gâché notre expérience : L’appartement était vieillot : les équipements et la décoration semblaient datés d’une autre époque. Le ménage était très moyen : certaines zones n’étaient pas parfaitement nettoyées, ce qui est dommage pour un hébergement de ce type.

Para pasar 1 noche está bien.

Llegamos tarde debido la ruta que hicimos caminando. Nos sorprendió por falta de limpieza. No había ropa de cama completa. Nos gustó tener pastillas ropa y café. Gracias.

comunicacion nula llame a su telefono i me contestaba que no era ella o simplemente no me cogia el telefono al menos 15 veces por preocuparme del cliente tuve que llamar a vrbo i hacer 50 km para ver si habia llegado al apartamento la ropa de cama estaba i la usaron i la limpieza estaba bien yo mismo lo verifique i nisiquiera despues de ver todas las llamadas i mensages por vrbo se molesto en llamarme

Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist mit allem gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse bietet einen super Blick aufs Meer. Leider konnten wir den Eigentümer nicht persönlich kennenlernen. Die Schlüssel waren hinterlegt und beim Auszug hinterlegten wir die Schlüssel ebenfalls. Es wäre für die Gäste sehr hilfreich, wenn der Vermieter bei Ankunft anwesend wäre um einige Details zu erfahren (z. B. wo und wie ist die Müllentsorgung, oder wo gibt es in der Nähe ein Restaurant). Trotzdem können wir diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
