Family Friendly! A wonderful balance of comfort and luxury. Featuring all new furniture, appliances, and upscale finishes. An easy stroll to the beach using the provided beach carts, chairs and umbrellas. This 3 story, single home rests in a quiet neighborhood with a garage, driveway, and plenty of free street parking on Seaview Ave. This extra wide street has a bike path perfect for morning rides on one of our
6 bikes.

*The Grande Room! Main floor living space is truly GRANDE here in Wildwood Crest! Open, airy, sunny and bright, this room boasts 18' architectural ceilings, bamboo flooring, a marble feature-wall with a contemporary gas fireplace and 65” flat screen HDTV, and 2 ceiling fans to keep things cool. A pair of comfy, sectionals ensure everyone has a place to sit, chat or stretch out and relax. There is also a breakfast bar island seating for 3 and a dining table which will seat 10+. Two sets of sliders open to the front balcony which is partially covered and perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset.

The updated kitchen is my "HGTV" dream kitchen with plenty of cabinets, new black stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and the quietest dishwasher ever! Check out the inside of that oven...it's purple! An extra large pantry and powder room finish this area, with double doors opening to the main floor master suite.

*Main floor Master Suite features a King Size bed, with a brand new, super comfortable, Raymour and Flanagan hotel quality mattress. Large, flat screen HDTV, a ceiling fan, your own private balcony and sitting/reading room, walk-in closet, a full master suite, including a soaking tub, separate shower, linen closet, double sinks with plenty of granite vanity! Every amenity in your master suite decorated with a nautical flair--bright and sunny with blue skies and smooth sailing ahead!

*The Penthouse Master Suite is located on the top floor, because the penthouse is the best! It features a super comfortable Queen Size bed, large HDTV, ceiling fan, and slipper chair. It has its own private balcony for coffee and beautiful sunrises, a full walk-in closet, and a stunning master bath with oversized glass enclosed shower, skylight, granite vanity and rich granite flooring throughout.

This master suite is decorated in modern grays and a hint of soft purple...like an early morning mist rolling over the ocean.

*The Third Bedroom located on the first floor, is a land lover's dream with two full beds (all brand new) with plenty of space, streaming sunlight, a large closet, flat screen HDTV, and ceiling fan. This room reminds me of the dunes on the beach....land ho!

*The Fourth bedroom also on the first floor is the crew's quarters...it has a queen size bed and a private bathroom, closets, ceiling fan, slipper chair, and another big flat screen to keep the crew happy!

Plenty of space in these quarters though, and brand new spring & mattress sets...no bunky boards here!

*The large first floor bath services bedroom three is a full tub/shower combination, linen closet and oversized granite vanity.
Also, a washer and dryer for your convenience. one 20" girl's bikes to match the one boy's, and four adult bikes (2 women's and 2 men's). More helmets and locks. Decorative hardscaping with a large picnic table and umbrella, a gas grill, and plenty of seating for backyard barbecues.

Flat screen HDTV in all bedrooms, with Comcast WiFi internet, premium channels and netflix.

This is our dream home, not your ordinary rental property. Everything is brand new, freshly painted in calming colors and the entire house has a nautical, shore feel, with comfortable luxury.
A perfect retreat after a long day on the beach. Located in quiet, family friendly Wildwood Crest, but within blocks of all the best Wildwood has to offer.

The home was even more beautiful than the photos. Wonderful decor, comfortable furnishings, close to beach with everything you need to enjoy it. Check in was easy with Ken welcoming us and showing us the ins and outs of the home. Everything was perfect.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in the Crest with this home as our base. There were 10 of us, including 2 children, and we all fit comfortably in the house. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of bathrooms. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived, and there were bikes and beach equipment available to borrow. Everything was perfect, I would not hesitate to come back next year.

Wish We Were Still There!

Our time at this lovely home was so relaxing that I actually lost track of what day it was...that's the sign of a good vacation! There's plenty of room to gather together and also more than enough space if you'd like some time to yourself. The kitchen is thoroughly stocked with pots/pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, and the gas grill in the back yard was an added bonus for the nights that we opted to enjoy dinner hot off the grill. The layout of the bedrooms worked well for our family; one family per floor. LOL Want to enjoy your morning coffee on the deck? There are three to choose from! The walk to the beach was a leisurely few blocks and we very much appreciated and used the beach cart, chairs and umbrella. Also useful was the assortment of bicycles; one evening we hopped on the bikes to go see the sunset at the lake, another day it was off to pick up breakfast at a local deli. Honest to goodness, this place has it all. Oh, and an outside shower with hot water and a dressing area. Not only is this terrific for washing the sand off after the beach but it also sped up the after beach showering schedule! This really was a home away from home and made our vacation truly memorable and frustration free. Do yourself a favor and book a stay!

Met All Our Needs

Beautiful home that wonderfully accommodated our family of 10 (including four children). Located in a charming neighborhood and just blocks from the beach, while this was our first time visiting Wildwood Crest it absolutely won’t be our last. We’ll definitely be repeat visitors to 7507 Seaview Avenue!

Great property Exactly as described.

Our family of 10 really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. Everything was exactly as described including the bikes, beach carts etc. available for our use. The bedding is very comfortable and the bedrooms are all very large with good sized closets and a TV in each room. The decks and back yard are really nice. Comfortable furniture and lots of seating. The outdoor shower includes hot water which was great for rinsing off young children. I definitely recommend this rental to larger groups. You can walk to the beach or to the lake for a beautiful view of the sunset.

From the beginning of signing the lease and paying deposit to leaving and packing the car, the experience was free of frustration and went perfectly. This is our 2nd year and have consistently felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Location is close to beach, stores and restaurants, short drive to boardwalk. I purchased this as my retirement home, and have spent the last five years updating, cleaning, painting, appointing and decorating it to make it my DREAM home, not just my dream vacation home. I wasn't satisfied with just fresh paint, new furniture or average anything. I have worked my entire life to achieve this and I wanted everything to be top shelf. This has been truly a labor of love, and I hope you enjoy my home as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

Wildwood Crest is a serene neighborhood, away from the traffic, noise and crowds. There's a bike path on Seaview Ave's wide street, and houses--not hotels--line the street. Yet, just 2 blocks walk and you're at Wildwood's beautifully expansive beach, and 2 blocks in the other direction is Sunset Bay. Entertainment, fine and casual dining, mini-golf, Morey's Pier amusements, water parks, boardwalk and shopping. Also, Victorian Cape May, the Cape May Park & Zoo, and Cape May Ferry are just a few minutes away. This area has all of the best the Jersey shore has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Spacious, family friendly, and beautiful! Huge grande room with architechtural ceilings. Plenty of space for the family to gather and lots of private niches for quiet moments. A nice neighborhood setting, but so close to every entertainment.
